Madison is GREAT! She explains everything and doesn’t mind repeating however many times it takes. She is cautious, personable and professional. She is a keeper!
She is attentive in what my recovery site looks like as well as how it is functioning. She suggested I contact my physician because she was concerned how it looked. It was a good call because I had an infection. Thanks Madison!

She was excellent. Very professional. She listened carefully, gave understandable explainations, and conducted a solid examination of my back and legs. She had me walk while recording the time and observing the way I walked.
She gave me solid suggestions and set up my future appointments.
She's certainly one of the many reasons I trust NH Orthopedic Center.

Providers are great. Dr Murthi very nice, explains well, answers my questions. Kame is awesome, answers my questions and very thorough.

Patient portal is useless. Messages sent with no replies. Followups on phone calls from staff rarely happen. So once you've seen Providers you are in a crapshoot whether you'll get further communication & answers.
Maybe this is just the state of Healthcare today. If you don't push you will fall through the cracks.

You can only blame the "new computer system" for a limited period of time. After a while it's no longer "new", it's simply "bad".

I have been a patient of Dr Benson for 14 years and have had both hips replaced. He is absolutely the best health provider I have experienced in my lifetime.
I might add that I have had very positive experience with the physical therapy group and all of the supporting staff in your building which includes nurses and greeting staff.

I absolutely love going into NH Orthopedic for my shoulder care with Dr. Fortney! He’s very knowledgeable and caring about his patients! I just was in yesterday for my regular shoulder cortisone injections and I just want to highlight some things that he does positively different than the care I got for the same matter at NH Neurospine with Dr. Batlivala;
1. Dr. Fortney has another person come into the room to assist with the ultrasound machine to guide and assist with knowing exactly where to place the injections, whereas there’s no ultrasound machine at NH Neurospine with Dr. Batlivala.
2. Dr. Fortney uses cold spray after sanitizing the area of injections to make sure that it’s more comfortable for the patient and doesn’t so that they don’t feel a thing, whereas there’s no such thing as cold spray when Dr. Batlivala is doing your procedure, I don’t even think it’s available in the building!
3. Dr. Fortney is very gentle and ALWAYS takes the time to ask and listen to his patients as to where the pain is stemming from or if there’s any new symptoms and how to address them, whereas Dr. Batlivala just sticks the injection in disregarding any comments of concern. I ALWAYS am sore for a week after my injections with Dr. B; but when Dr. F does them both on the same day I only am sore for one day after if that! (I would never let Dr. B do both in one day)
LASTLY….
4. Dr. Fortney is just an example of how you should be treated! I love coming into any of the offices to see him. Prime example of an A++ orthopedic doctor! HIGHLY recommended doctor for anything shoulder related!

Madison is an excellent therapist. A few months back I went to her for my lower back pain and it's been really good so far,no pain. I am seeing her for my knee replacement. Things are going well. She is very good at what she does. She is caring and thoughtful about the exercises she gives me. She does let me know thatI am doing well.
