I recently had the pleasure of experiencing treatment at New Form Physical Therapy for both a frozen shoulder and bilateral lower leg lymphedema, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff, who immediately put me at ease. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-equipped.

For my frozen shoulder, the physical therapy sessions were nothing short of transformative. The therapists are incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to carefully assess my condition and design a personalized plan that addressed both pain relief and improving mobility. The hands-on techniques, including manual therapy and targeted exercises, helped me regain a range of motion I hadn’t thought possible. I truly felt like they were invested in my recovery every step of the way.

As for the lymphedema in my lower legs, I opted for massage therapy, and I can honestly say it was a game-changer. Dr. Salles is a very professional, dedicated and knowledgeable Doctor of Physical Therapy. She is very thorough in her examination and was able to provide me exactly what I needed to get back to doing what I love. At every session I learned something new about myself and it was important for me to learn during my PT visits so I can incorporate these concepts to my daily life. Dr. Salles took the time to go over all my records and she was able to provide me with the best physical therapy services I have received. I would recommend everyone to see Dr. Salles at New Form Physical Therapy for all their physical therapy sessions. She is the best and keeps herself up to date in the realm of physical therapy.

Dr. Simone Salles is one of the best physical therapists out there. The way that she genuinely cares for each of her patients and gives everything so that they can get better is unmatched. This type of doctor does not come around often and is truly something special. I got the privilege to train under Dr. Salles and I could not have picked a better mentor and teacher.
She is proficient in almost every ailment one may have, including the neck, back, hip, knee, ankle, balance issues and so much more.
I wish everyone got the chance to experience physical therapy with Dr. Salles. She is truly one of a kind and has changed so many lives.
