I recently visited NeuroSpa for treatments and had an exceptional experience thanks to the dedicated staff, particularly Jenny and Monica. Jenny's warmth and expertise in guiding patients through their mental health journey are truly commendable. I went to this clinic last year, 2024. I was treated with Spravato (esketamine). I wish I remembered the name of the staff. They were professional, nice and helpful. I did many sessions. I can't remember how many but it was a substantial amount. While receiving treatment, you are not allowed to drive so I had to use a car service. This caused me a lot of turmoil because I was always afraid that the service would not come or that I would be late. It did happen a couple of times. My anxiety got the best of me and I stopped the treatment. I was there to receive treatment for depression with suicidal ideation. My depression continued but I notice that I was not having suicidal ideation. I have had suicidal ideation for decades and been treated with TMS, drug therapy, hypnotherapy, CBT, DBT, talk therapy, Chinese medicine and had gotten no relief. I figure it was a package deal, as long as felt anxious and depressed I would continue to experience SI. I was feeling tired, frustrated, defeated but I started to notice that I stopped having suicidal ideation. I couldn't believe it and kept checking because I was sure it would come back. Almost a year later, I have not experience suicidal ideation. At the time of this treatment my suicidal ideation had become more vivid. I am still amazed that it worked!

If you’re reading this review, you may be considering treatment through NeuroSpa. I’m not familiar with all of the services they offer but my daughter received TMS care with Dr. Obregon and I cannot recommend them enough.

First of all, the entire office staff could not be nicer, more accommodating or more supportive. I have never encountered a medical practice like this and I was in the medical field for 20 years. We visited multiple locations during treatment due to my schedule and it was the same amazing level of care and friendliness each time. I truly can’t express how stress-free they make everything.

The doctor my child saw was Dr. Obregon. Wow, just wow. I simply can’t find the words to convey what a completely different doctor he was from the others we had seen over the years or any I had ever worked with. Dr. Obregon is down to earth, humorous, relatable, compassionate and above all, listens. My daughter could not believe that he actually had conversations with her instead of ’talking at her’. He was also extremely thorough in considering all aspects of her health from genetic testing, to blood work to lifestyle etc. and even took the time to help us get a particular test scheduled. What dr does that? I’ve just never met a dr who goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need like he did. I’m a burnt out, stressed out, neurotic parent working 70 hour weeks and he and his staff made everything so easy.

I am extremely grateful my daughter found NeuroSpa and Dr. Obregon and hope, no matter what, you find what you’re looking for and get the care that you need. There are still good doctors out there. At least one for sure.

I can't say enough good things about the wonderful people at the citrus park location. Everyone is always so kind and fun to be around.
Bryce is a awesome dude. He's my jolly rancher backup incase I forget mine, lol. In all seriousness he is great at making people feel welcomed and is always smiling.

Abby is a sweetheart. She listens and makes appointments enjoyable. I don't think I've ever seen her not smiling. I think she can make the unhappiest person still smile!!

Belue is another sweetheart. Always welcoming me and making my visits enjoyable.

Jenny is another sweetheart that's always great to chat with. Always smiling and cheerful.

Kathryn is the NP there and she is awesome!!! Always checking up on me every single visit. She makes you feel comfortable taking to and that is key. Her smile and energy are out of this world.

Now Jenna!! I will straight up tell ya she's tough!! She somehow pushes you to overcome obstacles in life that you had given up on. I had given up hope on ever talking with my father again and somehow I promised her I'd message him. I did and things are looking great at repairing our bond. She doesn't sugarcoat stuff and will straight out tell ya. I can go on but you get the point. If you are needing someone to talk with and start taking accountability look no further. If you are in a deep rut and you feel like there is no way out, trust me Jenna will listen and help you come up with a plan. I've had many therapists before and none have ever come close to making me feel better than her! I say all this in a good way. She's a sweetheart as well and full of smiles.

If you are looking for a place to help you with depression, anxiety, ptsd, or someone to talk to stop searching and give them a call. Any of the lovely people will be sure to welcome you and make you feel at ease.
So thanks to everyone at the citrus park location for being there for me as well as the continued support when I was at my lowest and basically fealt I had nothing to live for anymore. True angels!!

After reading several of the 5 star reviews I don't have anything new to say but wanted to give another 5 stars because Neurospa is that fantastic:) The entire staff that has worked with me (Katie, Jenny, Belue, Bryce, Abby..) have all been amazing. They are helpful, caring, compassionate and all of the other things a mental health clinic should be. I am very grateful I took a chance with the spravato program they offer. After trying several different medicines to treat the depression, only spravato has given me some relief! Thank you all for being there...you're the best! Mary H.
