i had tried another faculty and it was a disaster, so NP was a breath of fresh air, especially for someone like me who is never comfortable around doctors. i was very much at ease at NP. Prohaska was wonderful and easy to talk to, but i was very ready to receive help and answers. the only reason i won't give 5 stars is only something id discuss with doctor because i need clarification. thank you

Had a lovely experience here. Had to wait 6 months for my first appointment but that is expected everywhere now unfortunately. All staff were kind and helpful. After my 3rd visit I remarked that they were "freakishly punctual". I was always in within literally 60 seconds of my appointment - which is a breath of fresh air when you're used to sitting in waiting rooms for hours. Once I got my diagnosis, getting medication was a breeze.

This is a quiet and very friendly office. It is like a living room in a friend’s home. The office manager is sweet and always smiling. Testing is fun and the test administrators are very easy to work with. Dr. Prohaska is patient oriented, easy to talk with, and very thorough. He listened and spent time carefully explaining the results to me.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Prohaska and his office to everyone. The overall experience was a 10 out of 10.

Very professional and Dr. Prohaska is a very soft spoken individual, explains things in such detail that anyone can understand it and listens and offers help outside of medicine, which means a lot to a parent. He’s the best!
