I had neuropsych testing done there a few years ago. My neurologist is asking for it to be done again, to see any changes and since it has been a while.

I called the office there, and since Dr. Kaplan of Neuropsych Associates has since retired, he took all his records with him, and we can’t see if there has been any progression with my neurological disability.

Storage on a secure computer database is ridiculously cheap nowadays.

I am beyond dismayed.

*Edit* I’m not sure if this review had anything to do with it, but the receptionist who I spoke with earlier today told me that he was retired and that the records are gone. Just now, a few minutes later, she called me and asked for my email and DOB, and said she’d reach out to him to see if we can get those records of my previous testing.

I’ll bump this review up to 2-stars for the effort, but I’m not gonna hold my breath. 😕

This experience was absolutely lovely. Johana was diligent and kind to work with. Dr Winegar was humble and made my son feel comfortable. Dr Winegar kept my concerns at the fore front of the assessment and answered all of my questions when we spoke about the results. Additionally, he provided additional resources that I can lean on to continue to support my son in his growth and development through school. Thank you!!

Dr. Winegar was great. He was patient and kind to my son during the testing period, he listened to our concerns as parents, and he explains everything carefully and makes sure you understand and also takes time to answer any questions you have.
