I wish you could give a negative review for how crappy of a practice this is. My son went 11 years with an undiagnosed hernia that was only found by another doctor. While using them my 3 month old had a box dropped on her head, we rushed in for them to take a look only to be told they were too “busy” to make sure nothing was seriously wrong with her. I hope this practice gets shut down. None of the nurses are pleasant, none of the receptions are caring. Stay away!

Nemours advertises that they’re in contract with Tricare but they’re actually not. They’ve been made aware but they’re not willing to correct the statement. If you’re a military family, you will get charged out of network prices.
On most of the days I’ve called, it’s difficult to get through on the phone to make an appointment. My voicemails asking for an appointment have never been returned.
We have access to the kindest providers here though. They really do seem to care and they take time to ask questions and listen to any concerns about my children’s health.

now that Dr.Vu is at the MELBOURNE LOCATION WITH PEDIATRICS IN BREVARD. there is 0 reason to come here. you’re not allowed to hold your child when they receive a vaccine, they do not require vaccines, they do not follow the “sick” side and “healthy” side. they cross them over. the older male doctor doesn’t believe in Tylenol for babies with a fever when fevers are a MAIN cause of febrile seizures. 0 stars don’t come here.

Great overall experience so far. The checkin is never a hassle and seeing Dr. Vu has been beneficial. I believe he listens to our concerns as the parents and offers very helpful suggestions.

Everything was smooth. Easy check in process. Torrie was amazing with my daughter, an absolute joy!! Debbie was great as well. I don’t know the young lady’s name who gave my daughter her shots, but she was great too. Very quick! I’m glad I found this place for my kiddos being new to the area.

My daughter has been seen at the hospital in Orlando and the staff was amazing. The girls at the Palm Bay office were very sweet; the level of communication regarding my daughter's health was something you don't see in health care anymore.

I've been going to the vero office for 5 years or so and it's just getting worse every visit. My first time to the Palm Bay office was refreshing and positive! Will be making the transfer with both of my sons.

This was our first visit at Nemour’s Children Health but the staff made it feel like we were long time patients. They were caring and supported and Dr Vu was great and down to earth !
