Impossible to get a timely appointment. Everything requires a referral which takes from a few weeks to a few months. My experience with care has been disjointed. My PCP works 2 days a week and gives great care but I was outsourced to Arlanza for a referral and the care was less than appropriate. The transition from Borrego to Neighborhood has made this doctor’s office much less accessible and astute.

Pretty upset. Took me over 2 weeks to get an appointment to see an obgyn. my first appointment was a JOKE. I thought I was going to have an ultrasound done or my blood work done as I am nearing 10 weeks. None happened. Asked me some questions and said next appointment is an "orientation" to go over what to expect and my birthing plan and the appointment after that is an ultrasound. Um shouldn't you be more concerned about how the baby is doing or my levels? What if the baby isn't okay? Wait to tell me that something is wrong and it's too late?
Very disappointed! Wish things could have gone better.

To everyone with negative reviews most of you are ghetto so relax......

This place is one of the best clinics I've ever been to. Staff is always friendly they never have you waiting to long. The Drs actually care about us and give us good advice...... I recommend 100% I think only thing bad about this place are the stupid people who walk in without appointments or without their insurance information.... Like I said most people are ghetto and complain about everything I've been there so many times and I always here a mam your appointment was last week and so I can't see the Dr today or a damn I've been sitting here for like 4 hours and they still haven't called me in even tho they just got there 5 minutes ago 😀

Borrego is the best but ever since neighborhood healthcare took over it's just been a complete hassle I've been off of my I've been off of my medication for 9 days now waiting on a prior authorization I don't think it has anything to do with the doctors I think it has everything to do with the people who are working in the office. Doctors are fine because they came from borrego but as far as neighborhood healthcare nah these aren't even the same stuff as it was borrego. Borrego staff was way better unfortunately they didn't carry over into the transition. Even the nurses that draw blood are better they've never left me with bruises this place always leaves me with bruises. I saw somebody defending them at the top comments claiming it was a five-star it's obvious that they work here and they're talking about people being ghetto complaining while being first-timers..No. Honey we're not in San Bernardino we're in Riverside so we know that You're childish and full of it.

Do not go here! It takes forever to speak to a representative and when you finally manage to speak to someone they put you on hold. When it is finally time for your appointment the doctor can only check on you for one thing and then you have to schedule a follow up appointment. When you go to schedule another appointment they only have availability for the next month and nothing sooner than that. When it comes to prescriptions or medications that requires a doctor signature they take weeks to sign. Due to this my dad has been without a wheelchair which he needs because he is disabled. If I could give this review 0 stars i most definitely would. Id say save your time and go to another clinic.

Their appointment department or receptionist seems to not exist. I almost never get through to speak to somebody is very rare Every time I call I get put on hold for at least 10 minutes then I get transferred And then get disconnected The doctors are great they just need a better system and people to answer the phones I understand they can be busy however the policy they have in place Is ridiculous. Ever since my Dr left it has been difficult to get through to make an appointment. I have had blood work done numerous times and never been charged, I was assigned a student Dr and all of the sudden i get a bill for $400 for the same blood work. I went back to office to fix this but the resident dr is no longer there. The office manager said he would take care of this but 3 months later he still has not.

This office is not good at communicating with patients. I had an appointment scheduled and they changed it to a telehealth appointment the DAY OFF. Even my doctor said based on what I was experiencing, I should have been scheduled to come in. After my telehealth appointment I was supposed to be called back to schedule lab work. No call so I had to call myself 3 days later.

They also never, and I mean NEVER, answer the phone. I don't understand how you can let a phone ring for so long and not answer it.

Made an appointment a week prior for my newborn daughter and was told to come in earlier than my scheduled appointment. We were scheduled for 9am and asked to come in at 8am. As we are filling out paperwork we were told that the appointment slot was double booked and to come back the following day.. So I said no and we are going elsewhere. My husband had missed work without pay in order to bring our daughter here for her first check up. And I was told that we needed her medical records from the hospital at the appointment and not prior to when I made it over the phone. There was no communication and had a horrible experience right away. Safe to say, we will not return and I won't be recommending this medical office.
