Mandy provided wonderful service and answered all of my questions. She was prompt and efficient. I've had a CPAP for 4 years now and have never truly been comfortable with it. After my 3rd night with my new machine and under nose head set, I can honestly say that last night was the best nights sleep I've had that I can remember. Thank you Mandy and Neighborhood CPAP!!!

This store is unfortunately not competent in providing the service they claim to be able to do. They are to work with your insurance provider and between and sleep device manufacturers to help people who have been prescribed them by their doctors, aka me.

I took my business here based on reviews, and bought a CPAP here last year, because they told me I'd met my deductible with BCBS (which I had) - so I only owed 20%.
OVER a YEAR LATER, they are sending bills for the full retail price of the device, for some mysterious reasons, I assume because of their incompetence to communicate with BCBS and get their payout. They are threatening bill collection and all the works.

Buyer beware. There are other more honest stores nearby (ONeal Medical Supply, as one example)

My experience here was everything I could've hoped for and more! This was my first time in a CPAP store, so I don't have anything to compare it to. But I'm still pretty confident in saying they're one of the best if not the best. I certainly don't have a reason to try anywhere else.

Courtney first was very upfront and clear about the pricing before we ever went to the masks. She explained what it would be with and without my insurance. If you're wondering, it's 15% off the retail price if you're paying out of pocket, which makes it $186. If you've paid your deductible, the price depends on your insurance. And everything in the store is FSA/HSA-friendly, even if it's not covered by insurance (like the travel machines).

When we went to look at the masks next, she asked me questions about my current/past masks and patiently explained the differences between the various ones. After listening to everything, she recommended the one she thought would be most comfortable and best for me. And she assured me that if it didn't work out, I could exchange it within 30 days and up to 3 times. Which is a big relief!

Then we went to sign the paperwork (1 quick signature) and check out. But I wanted to know about the travel machine and whatnot, which she told me the details. I also pointed out a nose guard thing that I thought would help my dad with his mask but I said I wasn't sure which size he would need. She explained why most people choose the small, and that you could cut down the larger. I asked how much they were, and she surprised me by saying they're free samples. Then she gave me two other types in case he likes one of those better!

The service was fast and friendly. Even with my 1500 questions I was still in and out very quickly, but never felt the slightest bit like I was being rushed or that they had something else better to do.

I wholeheartedly recommend them!
