The customer service is unmatched....so great i had to sit in the parking lot and write my review.

I contacted Neighborhood CPAP via phone to inquire about an item. The young lady on the phone (Alexis) was very helpful. I informed her I'd be right down. Thirty minutes later i walked in greeted with a welcoming smile. Alexis had already bagged my item and ready for check out. In and out of the store in all of what seem like 1 minute! Thank you Neighborhood Cpap and special thanks to Alexis (store manager)

Wonderful experience with Beth Minor at the Clanton location. My new CPAP is wonderful - the service at Neighborhood CPAP was noteworthy. Polite, professional, and personable. Beth went above and beyond by resetting my older CPAP to my new settings, that way I have one at our River Camp as well as the new one at home and for travel. Beth is a fine example for all - her attitude made the visit almost enjoyable. >7 hrs sleep on first night with new machine. I recommend Neighborhood CPAP to all.

The clerks I've had in the past were polite, friendly, and helpful but not today. I hadn't the "pleasure" of her company before today so maybe new. Let's hope so. She was rude, either ignored me or adapted my head off. My ins pays 100% but she was determined to charge me $300. She sat at the desk waiting for me to leave, probably 20 minutes or more. When she realized I wasn't going to leave she went into the back, brought my supplies and tossed them on the desk. Extremely bD custo.er service.
