My chart is probably a mile long here. I can't make it fast enough to a teaching hospital to get proper care because everything is so far. For billing like a regular hospital, the least that can be provided is better answers. The nurses are always so friendly but they look overwhelmed with the amount of work they have. My last visit we also ran into the blood pressure cuff shortage and had seen this only after I got up to use the restroom, it had already been on my arm. Alot of work needed to improve the care for the changing demographic, we're not in old Naples anymore.

I recently had the incredible experience of welcoming my first baby at NCH Hospital, and I can't thank the amazing nursing staff enough for their support during labor and delivery.

Molly, you were extra special—your kindness and encouragement made such a difference in my experience. Rachel, Ann, Nichole, and Anna, your thoughtfulness and expertise were truly comforting during this life-changing moment.

Each of you displayed such genuine care, helping to ease my worries and creating a warm, supportive environment. I feel extremely grateful to have had such an exceptional team by my side.

So sorry about other's negatives experiences, but mine was a 5-stars.
I'm incredibly grateful for the excellent team I had during my procedure, the care and expertise they provided during the entire process. Dr. Heitmann and Dr. Collazo were amazing. The nurses who were with me before and after surgery in the Recovery Room, were very kind and compassionate, which put my mind at ease, and made a difficult experience much more bearable. Thank you!

I have been to worse, but in general I would avoid this hospital if at all possible. It is old and dirty. My 92 year-old mother is currently being treated there. There are a few very nice nurses, but in general I find the staff to be rude and not very empathetic to the elderly. My mother's room is dirty with dirty bed linens sitting on the floor all day that have not been picked up. Nurses never come quickly when the call button is pushed, even though you can hear them talking all day at the nurses station. She rarely gets offered help to get in/out of bed, take a shower or even brush her teeth. I would assume the ICU gets more attention, but the general rooms leave a really bad taste in my mouth for this hospital. The only highlight was the emergency room when my mom was admitted. They were very responsive and professional.

Our daughter was born here 2 days ago (along with our other daughter 4 years ago). Everyone there is amazing. A special shout out to Rose, the lead delivery nurse that kept us calm throughout the whole process. Also to Alma, the post delivery nurse who is an absolute gem.

This hospital is known for being the worst hospital in the Nation for a reason. They do NOT know what they are doing and definitely do NOT have the knowledge or competent staff to help someone in an emergent situation.

Yesterday my friend's family member had to be admitted into this hospital due to passing out while at the bank. He was unresponsive at first and now he CANNOT MOVE without being in excruciating pain and his ankles are terribly swollen. The 'Hospital' claims that he is just dealing with the COMMON COLD.

Considering the family member also has a history of heart problems, and the hospital KNOWING his history and still just claim the common cold as the cause is irresponsible and dangerous on their part. Do not bring family, friends, or even yourself to this hospital if you want help.

Not a great experience when I brought my father from out of town with severe stomach issues. Was screened within 45 minutes, but then waited 4.5 hours to be admitted. ER was out of beds, very understaffed, the reception desk was friendly, but not helpful. I would not go to this ER, you should drive a little further down the road to Physicians. NCH North Naples Campus has some work to do on how they handle their patients... and how they communicate with their patients. Do better NCH.

Nurse jade(j) speaks too loud , for the hospital settings and breaches patients' confidentiality. J directly discussed the information and conditions, etc with the roommate of a patient. J as well, wasnt ent8rely honest with what medication and procedures were being administered. In addition to, The staff feels comfortable with asking personal information while dual roomates are present. The facility also displays prejudice against patients with no health insurance holders and mental health patients. This institution lacks professionalism, empathy and ethics.
