As a former employee this place is such a joke it's embarrassing. There paying people min wage who have no professional training WHATSOEVER to teach your disabled kids "coping skills" the staff are not trained at all to deal with the emotional baggage that these kids go through. Please do not send your adult children here. The employers do not care at all for the employees at all. Peer supports workers run. Adults with special needs please go anywhere but here. Your children will not benefit from anything here. Trust me. I was one of the ones teaching them and I couldve thought those kids anything I wanted ! Can not stress how little training these "peer supports" have at this company.

This place has been very helpful and for someone who barely started it's a good place to be very good staff. David you really shouldn't make comments about how this place is horrible if you had the time to actually learn how the staff now helps you would be very embarrassed
