Went in to see what they would do about getting a bad cold fire and the only thing the ‘manager’ had to say was “use it on lower temps” and there was “nothing he could do because it’s half way” this isn’t my first cart I’ve had over 100 cold fires and never had this problem get staff that actually smokes the products and knows how to help customers properly. Went to catalyst to get a new one and they themselves would have changed it out they said. Not even 50% off could get me to go back in there.

Use to be really good. Not sure what happened. Selection is nothing special like they claim them to be and customer service as of late has been a disappointment as well. Just left and won’t ever be coming back after the other days experience.

I mean Zack was pretty knowledgeable very good vibes he helped me a lot and answered a lot of my questions I would give him a 10/10 if he wasn’t a 49er fan…………what a shame 😂

Truth is..S/o to tony . Always keeping it solid Google Albums by Point One Justin David Myers. I deal with allot of growers and I respect there money and product, it hurts my feeling knowing how much there not recieving from cannabis clubs they do business with. Because I know business I understand taxes, product testing guidelines and packaging so I understand the markup from there purchase price compared to the street price of the same product . But at the same price I would drop on the street and while recieving friends of the farm points. It's really a no brainer(outside of having records of personal appearances everytime a person goes to the cani store, but that's what medical is for )check it out
