Very unhappy with this clinic, dr K Reddy did not do correctly diagnostic, didn’t send to ct scan, skipped infection, did not send me to infection doctor, finally I got very serious problems after his treatment and I made several surgeries after that to fix many problems.
Every time I waiting for my appointment 2-3 hours. It was very difficult, specially when in wheelchair. After he spend with my 3 minutes, typing in computer.
I was coming to his office with pain and tears and after waiting 3 hours for appointment I was coming home with pain and tears. I didn’t feel real empathy and care about my problems.
Finally I had a long treatment with others doctors in Stanford. Already 2 and half years.

After a bad car accident, I wound up with a broken hand. I was a day early for my appointment, brain fog from the whole incident I guess.
The staff was unbelievably kind and helped me see another physician. The staff goes above and beyond for patients and helps them feel seen and valued.

Really bad experience . Waited 3 months for appointment . Shop up did all the paper work , they called me inside checked my blood pressure usual stuff nurse do . Only for her to leave and come back to tell me I was 4 min late that they couldn’t see me or help me . Really bad unprofessional staff .

I was scheduled to be seen at 10:00am. If you get there late, they can easily say to reschedule. However, they can take their sweet time when it comes to respect your appointment time. I seen people who walked after me going in before me. I believe more customer service training and communication skills must be required to their personnel.

I drove over 2 hrs to obtain a healthy by bycopy of a CD with my x-rays & MRI on it to let Dr Wong see what was wrong with my back.
About a month later I needed my CD for another Doctor & when I went to get it returned to me the receptionist look around up front then went to back for a couple minutes.vwhen she return she said we got rid of ,Itold her is was my property & had no right to throw it away..
She told me that they downloaded it & to go down to imaging & get a copy of it. Well Imaging went to make me a copy &:came back asking where we're they take. & I told her she says oh we don't give out copies UNLESS You had them done there. But they are MY INAGES I brought to share me results with & upstairs they destroyed them & you have them so why can't you RETURN My results

When your there its great. However, shutting of the phones 20 min before closing completely defeats the purpose of a closing time, but also cost me urgently needed, well deserved disability insurance money.
Not to mention, the whole reason I needed to talk to someone was because EDD only received 2 of the 3 needed Doctor's certifications. Please, pay attention.

It seems that every time I go there’s something new. They always keep you there for long time . Second they don’t schedule ur appointments but they do print paper saying you have a follow up. They they try to get you in and keep you there for hrs . Bad bad clinic

Appointment message did not clarify this was a pre-op appointment. Preparation was done for colonoscopy and now has to be rescheduled and redone. Communication needs to be improved!- Randy
