Cassandra Pierce is the best! She takes the time to listen to you and goes above and beyond to find out what the cause of your issues are. I could not be more happy to find her and have her on my heath journey. On top of that, the office staff has always been so warming and welcoming. I feel like I belong right when I walk through the doors! I have finally found the place that has their patients at the highest regard!

I recently found myself in a bad situation where I needed a new primary care physician. If you haven't tried to do that here in Panama City, it's really difficult to find someone taking on new patients. The beautiful people at Nations Best have been most accommodating and welcoming. Jessie, Danielle, Yari and my new practitioner Solomon Wolfe . Very helpful with your medical needs and a joy to visit. Thanks everyone.

Yari, Jessie, Danielle at the front desk along with Ms.Pierce and her nurse are absolutely amazing. They make you feel welcomed and heard. It took me 4 years to find a primary care doctor to stick with, and now that I have, I won’t be changing again. I have recommended friends and family to Nations best, and have nothing but good things to say. If you’re looking for staff, doctors, and nurses that genuinely care, please give them a chance.

I always had great experience until the last few months. Two of my important medications my blood pressure meds being one of them was not refilled in between appointments that was close together. Within 3 1/2 months. They wanted me to make an appointment or come in for $75 or come into their urgent care and all this cost me money when it’s free at my pharmacy and no more patient cost to me.I have never in the past had to do this in between appointments that were so close together. Meantime, I ran out of my medication and I have Sought out another primary doctor. I am very disappointed

Feeling a little under the weather today I went and got some fluids in IV Therapy from Nation's Best Family Health Care. They made it so super easy to go and get checked out and hooked me right up to an IV that gave me lots of vitamins and immunity boost! I so needed that. Headache is completely gone and I’m feeling super hydrated. Thank you to all the staff and the providers that were so sweet and caring. They made me super comfortable and it was actually quite relaxing. Go see them for some IV Therapy!

I've been going to Nations Best Family Health Care for over 10 years. When it was a small office in Lynn Haven, Dr Nation was phenomenal -- he cared and spent time with you to make sure you were taken care of.

Over the past 3-4 years, though, the service has gone downhill. Oh, I still like Dr Nation and Chassity Sisson (NP) that has been taking care of me lately and would love to stay with them. Over this time, I have begun to feel more like a numbered steer in a cattle drive. It seems that the focus has been entirely on money. For example, I reached my max out-of-pocket earlier this year due to some medicine expenses. When I went in for my 6 month checkup, even though it told them I had met my max out-of-pocket, they still forced me to pay my copay or would not be able to see Chassity when my other doctors realized and had no payments. Additionally, they have messed up my meds forcing me to call them, then they say I have to make an appointment to get them refilled, but was just there 2 weeks prior, but they messed up the prescription and made it for 1 month instead of 3. This has happened several times. Every time, they want me to make an appointment rather than taking care of the problem because they are more concerned about billing than care.

I would love to stay, but I've already started looking for a new primary care doctor.
