I went in for severe back pain caused by a failed spinal fusion. I sat for 6 hours, and when I complained, the receptionist got so mad at me that she told me to leave or the police would be called. It was a complete waste of a whole day. I received no treatment whatsoever. This has to be the worst hospital in Arkansas. Stay away for your own safety!

My grandson was running a 104 fever and started vomiting. I took him to National Park Emergency Room and everyone from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors were amazing as they treated him. I can’t say enough good things about this medical team.

If you go to National Park good luck. We were there less than 24 hours with fever, diarrhea, and throwing up . After a Ct and lab test they told us her white cells had doubled in one day and the walls of her colon were unusually thick and she needed a colonoscopy, which was suppose to be the next day. The doctor was in surgery late night so it was postponed until the next day! Which we understood but the next day they came in and bullied her into leaving. She know has to hope the doctor Monday will schedule the colonoscopy. She has not eaten or been able to hold food down for over a week! I do not recommend this hospital.!!!!!

They had us in and out in an hour. Granted it was not busy at all. They did great with my 5 year old and allowed him to talk their ears off. This was such a blessing while we were on vacation to not have to deal with slow service.

Dr. Nash was professional and busy and the morning staff was great. I just called them to get the doctors name who helped with my foot injury and the lady who answered, sounded African American maybe mid thirties hung up on me right after I asked for doctors name. Otherwise they would have got 5 stars 7 mins ago at 8:37 pm. That's the rude crew. Thanks again dayshift.

The Administration staff, especially Betty, is kind, caring, & understanding but the communication in the hospital is poor to nonexistent. Dr St John should be taken off of the staff because he can't or won't communicate with heart patients or their family. His nurse is rude, inconsiderate, & condescending.
