The equipment was brought out very promptly when my grandfather was discharging from the hospital, the delivery guy David was very considerate and helpful when setting up the equipment. He was very patient with us having to move furniture and took time to make sure we understood how to work everything. It really made the difference in such a difficult time.

They called National HME and, in 15 min, Vaughn arrived at the house with the equipment. He was professional and very knowledgeable.
