The staff here are so nice! Had a cleaning done for my teen. Full pay was $52. That included a flouride treatment. The Callahan dentist wanted $250. The hygienist took her time to educate on the importance of good dental hygiene. This is the same people who work on the buses that come to the Nassau Co. Schools and do the free sealants and cleanings. Give them a chance. I'm impressed.
The building and rooms are clean, and they have security. You will have to be buzzed in to 2 different doors.
They take cash, checks, or debit cards only.
Plenty of parking.

A front for Jehovah's Witnesses propaganda and "outreach", that gets money from the state.
I have dentaphobia due to a certain abusive Jax dentist when I was a child who had legal action against him for that reason. I informed the staff of this and was treated like I was an idiot or a bratty child for being stressed or having tears.
When I arrived I was told I had to fill out some forms (nothing unusual there), only one page was related to medical history or finances, the rest were asking about faith background.
Every room had a radio playing religious music.
Was told that unnecessary cosmetic issues needed fixing before they would fix cavities that risked the teeth being lost due to a connective tissue disorder I suffer from.
When I left I was given brochures and print outs from the Jehovah's Witness website.

Kindness comes to mind when I think of this place. I had a tooth that needed pulled I was a nervous wreck but angel, Tracey, Tina and the doc all put me at ease. In a world where being kind is rare I thank you all for treating me good and with humility.

You know there's nothing bad about the office itself but when I have to dial six different phone numbers and every single one of them are disconnected or a non-working number I get irate! How the hell am I supposed to schedule an appointment
