We played phone tag in the beginning which is understandable because dermatologists usually have a 3-12 month wait list. I was seen the same week we made the appointment. I showed up about 10 minutes earlt to do my new patient paperwork and within 5 minutes of being done i was back in the exam room. Everyone was welcoming and friendly! I saw his NP, she answered every question I had! They have a very knowledgeable staff. I learned new things, I didn't know you should have a skin check once a year if cancer runs in your family. They also have an amazing line of products for sell to help take care of your skin! I look forward to my next appointment!

This pleasant office was calming and the
receptionist was friendly and helpful. After a very short wait, I was escorted to my room where I was treated by Christina, who was personable, thorough, proficient, and reassuring. All aspects of my visit were excellent, from making an appointment to follow-up.

Dr Nash and his entire staff are so nice and helpful. Never been to a Dermatologist office before and was apprehensive but within the first few minutes I was made to feel more than comfortable. Dr Nash was interested in my situation and explaining what was happening and what he was going to do and set up this appointment and gave instructions for the next 3 months till my next visit and let me know to call them with any questions or problems. Highly recommend this office and I am hard to please - not true but have been told this

Leslie is gold and worth the hour and half drive I make; however, trying to get a nurse to call you back is apparently asking too much. I am a planner, so I’m not waiting last minute on anything. When you say you’re going to call in a prescription, do it. When I call you back after you’ve NOT sent in the prescription and I leave two messages, wait a week, and STILL don’t get a call back resulting in me missing my timed doses that have to come through the mail refrigerated (so there is wait time) there’s a problem. This is medicine and health…not a late delivery from Amazon. Do better for your patients.
