I have been coming to the Naples VA for 25 years and they are outstanding very professional Dr Wahe goes well above and beyond also Cape Coral VA is just as good they do outstanding work so glad that I have the VA for my medical thank you for your support and service

I thought the VA at Beaumont was awesome and Naples VA is just as awesome, only a mini version of El Paso. Kind , cordial, empathic, here for us vets. Extremely happy and lucky to be under the care of Dr Whae, and Dr Valenzuela. Often times if you arrive with an attitude that's negative you console yourself by leaving with one. No place and no person is perfect. Naples VA is caring and treats me with dignity and respect. I always thank them before I leave. They don't HAVE to be there, they choose to. Thank you Naples VA.

Both of my WWII Veteran Parents have used the Naples VA Clinic for over 30 years. As they aged, my husband and I moved to Naples to take care of them and I have been taking them to the VA clinic for their lab tests and Dr. Visits for 9 years now. I can't say enough good things about the clinic. They have a wonderful, helpful, and dedicated staff, great Doctors, great Nurses, and the new clinic on Goodlette-Frank Rd is so nice. The service is really good and our wonderful Veterans are treated with kindness, dignity and great respect.

I have had good experiences when getting healthcare here. They do tele and video appointments. They are very responsive when you call in, I have never had an issue. My primary Doctor, Dr. Kim is awesome. I have not had great experiences in the past with other locations but I trust the Naples location.

One of the best Va facilities in sw FL! my 2 buddies committed suicide,Covid-19, and hurricane Ian.
Dr M RAVELO has helped me in every way possible she is the very best with working with Veteran crisis She has been there for me when no one knew what to say or do she is amazing. I have learned it’s all about our reactions to everyday problems. I Love her for doing what she does and who she is. I want to thank her and awesome team for putting in the work! I had been visiting Bay Pines in St. Petersburg yearly for several years, then moved to the Naples area. This morning was my introductory meeting with Dr. Veder at a new location, etc. Naples CBOC had sent me several appointment reminders using my phone's messaging app.. The Maps app on my phone got me easily to the proper location and at the proper time. Using the phone's messaging (MSM) app, I checked in from the parking area, satisfactorily completed a short COVID related questionnaire, got a positive conclusion, and showed that at check-in. Wore a mask. My body termperature was checked on entry. I was called in within four minutes of the scheduled time. Molene, the LPN who came out to get me, was cheerful and professional. Dr. Veder was professional, prepared, courteous, respectfrul, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I was very positively impressed.

One of the worst experiences I have had with the VA. Went to Naples Clinic today because I have been experiencing several side effects with the inhaler I was using prescribed for me by a doctor in the Chicago VA. I have had, severe cough, severe acid reflux, runny nose, sinusitis and diarrhea, all systems caused by this medication. Did not take me long to get to see a nurse and I do not remember her name, but before I even set down she said thre was nothing they could do for me. I was amazed by this comment. She went on to say I would need to talk the the pulmonologist I had seen in Chicago. I was again amazed by this comment and wondered if she was new. The VA in Chicago does not give out phone numbers for doctors. I told her this, she then said, contact his nurse, again I told her the VA does not give out the direct contact info for nurses. She then suggested I talk to my primary doctor, again I said they don't give out those phone numbers and I am here till the end of June, I need to address these issues before I return. She shrugged her shoulders, extremely rude. I asked, can she refer me a pulmonologist in this area or Cape Coral, she said no, got out of her chair and escorted me to the exit. This is the kind of treatment a 73 year old vet receives when he asks for help from the VA. Shame.

Can't ask for a more dedicated staff of professionals and volunteers. Been with the Naples clinic since its inception. Now they have a laboratory and a beautiful new facility. Long gone are the days when we had to drive to Ft. Myers, MacDill, etc.
Vets in Collier County can be proud of how committed this team is to all of us. Fortunately, Naples doesn't have the unions that have strangled other VA facilities. Dr.Thomas Wachendorf was the original physician of a terrific group of pros. Sorry that he has relocated after 15 years serving Collier County vets.
