This is your "Home Town Pharmacy" and your "Family Pharmacy." The founder, owner, and pharmacist, Michael, remembers his customers by name and is the most personable and caring pharmacist I have ever encountered. His knowledge of medications and their interactions, side effects, and contraindications is unprecedented by any other pharmacist that I have discussed my medications with. That just about says it all about Michael.

Once I found Naples Pharmacy and met Michael, I immediately transferred ALL my medicine prescriptions to his pharmacy. Due to his knowledge and other business practices, I know that I did the best thing I could do for myself. It is extremely important that your pharmacist know all medicine you are taking at all times.

He actually CARES about his patients and wants you to be informed. He also cares about your ability to pay high co-pays with prescriptions that are very expensive. He will do what he can to make sure that you are not paying anymore than you have to by working with insurance provider(s) and using generics made by the same manufacturer of brand name medicines. Sometimes there are other medications that are less expensive that accomplish the same goal and he may suggest that you discuss slight changes with your doctor.

He is always anticipates your needs for medicine refills. He knows his customers' needs and will order your medication if his pharmacy is running low. In addition, he must have a software program that tells him when a patient has a refill due. He will refill your medicine before you call it in. He will even get your doctor's refill approval before you call it in. When you go to drop off a new prescription, you may already have your other medicine refills ready for pickup, even before you know they are due. You will not receive pestering phone calls or text and emails about your medicine to be picked up. When you see him, whatever you need is already there. Now I call that ANTICIPATION of all his patients' needs before his patients even know.

Michael hires people as competent and friendly as he is. Darlene and Adrian are just as personable as the owner and pharmacist, Michael. There are times when it may even be possible for his disabled patients to receive home delivery when they just are too ill to pick up their own medicine which is needed expeditiously. I have NEVER seen a pharmacy that will do this for its customers and patients.

I have never felt in better care by any pharmacist. He is a genuine person and pharmacist. He is well liked by his clients and is one of the most personable person and pharmacist you will ever meet. As stated first, this is your "Home Town Pharmacy" and your "Family Pharmacy," the way it should always be. He deserves each and every five stars he has been rated by his customers. You will NEVER be disappointed to make Naples Pharmacy your ONLY pharmacy.

I originally used Naples Pharmacy to get a prescription that I couldn’t get at the big name places, and loved them so much that I decided to transfer ALL of my prescriptions there. They have helped me out many times, from filling a script for me at the last minute to transferring a refill to another state while I was visiting. Can’t recommend Naples Pharmacy enough!

I love Naples Pharmacy, because Michael, the Pharmacist, is VERY knowledgable and it's so personalized, unlike your typical Walgreens's, CVS, etc...If he doesn't happen to have something in stock he'll go out of his way to have it the next day (or two). Pricing is very comparable to "the big guys", and everything from central convenient location, parking, and quick in and out make it worth while. One of the few small businesses that make it like Naples was 20 years ago!! Not 100%, but I think they even deliver.
