I just have to share how much I Love My Care Medical! This was my primary doctor from 2017 to 2021 and due to Medical Insurance changes I had to pick another. Which I was not happy with at all. This office is staffed with a Great Medical Team. They are their for me and my husband when ever we need them. I have been working with Paige lately on referrals & authorizations and I have to say she always answers the phone, she is always very nice and I feel she really cares. Thank you Paige. Melissa always does a follow up call to see how I am doing and I really appreciate this. I could go on and on. My husband and I are so Grateful to be back. 🙏

*Poor Experience at Medical Office*

I had a disappointing experience at a medical office where the staff, particularly the vital signs technician, appeared unprofessional and unhealthy. She spread rumors and spoke poorly of patients, including me.

*Unprofessional Behavior*

During my visit, I sought assistance with insurance approval for an MRI on my knee, which I needed due to severe pain six months postpartum. When told insurance might deny coverage, I assertively responded, "I won't take no for an answer." Unfortunately, this encounter led to her labeling me as "difficult."

*Breach of Trust and Confidentiality*

Years later, she continued to disparage me among office staff, sharing confidential information. This broke my trust and raised concerns about patient confidentiality.

*Poor Treatment*

After a staff member, Jade, left the office, the environment deteriorated. The vital signs technician's behavior influenced how other staff treated me. Her poor appearance and potential health risks also concerned me.

*Warning to Others*

I strongly advise against visiting this office due to unprofessional behavior, potential health risks and breach of patient confidentiality.

Both my wife and I are patients at My Care Medical Lutz. We Love Dr. Hannah. He is very patient thorough and knowledgeable. He takes the time to go over everything completely. I had issues I did not know I had and Dr. Hannah has given me the tools I needed to get back on track. Thank you Dr. Hannah!

The office is very professional and compassionate. They display concern and attention to our every need. They call us weekly to check on us. Dr. King is one of a kind. His knowledge, caring, and professionalism sets him apart from the rest. He is supported by a wonderful staff: Amber, Paige, Felicia, and Jennifer. The office runs like a well oiled machine.

Great visit with the office! I’ve been a patient for four years at this office. This past year my husband passed away. This office calls monthly to just check in on me. What a blessing!!!

The front office assists with checkin when necessary. They’ve implemented a new check in kiosk that can be a challenge the first time. Takes some getting used to…but the staff is always helpful to answer questions.

You would be fortunate to call this your doctor office!! Staying with them another four years for certain!!!!

FYI, Dr. King has been very gracious during this time, helping me as I adjust to the loss of my husband.

I would not recommend this clinic at all. The physician there has a mediocre bedside manner. My mother has been ill and has needed several referrals. This office does not follow thru with referrals, does not do what they say, and makes it very complicated for a patient. They also prefer to send you to who they prefer even if you are more comfortable with another office/physician. You have to call the office several days in a row to follow up on simple tasks, and you even sometimes have to actually drive to the office and sit in the office requesting proof of a fax or stay in the office until you know they have actually done what they say they will do. I am not sure if this is what they do for every patient or just my parents. I am not sure if they are short-staffed, not trained properly, or are just not dependable. I requested my parents change providers; but with their Medicare insurance, it takes time to re-assign doctors and the one they wanted no longer accepts new patients. I would recommend avoiding starting a relationship with this office or clinic. I recommend using another location or doctor if you can. We are in too deep now to change at this moment. I just pray that things will get better overall, and they will start doing things correctly and efficiently in the office.

Definitely would not recommend using as a primary Dr, if insurance uses them as a recommendation change it .. they are rude, impatient, and desk people don't do their job. Dr themselves are in a rush, no time to listen to the patient and think cause they hold the degree they know more...

Over 10 years of association with Sun-Med; first my parents until they passed, and now myself. Have had the best relationship and care i would expect from any doctors and staff or I would not have remained their patient. My primary, Dr. Patel, has always been available and straightforward - Dr. Choksi has been kind and caring. The staff has always been pleasant and efficient .Sorry to see that another reviewer did not have the best experience. Nothing and no organization is perfect.
