The staff that works for Dr. Tano is excellent. They make sure your prescriptions, referrals, and remind you of upcoming appointments. I have been going to Dr. Bango for over 2 yrs now. I was surprised to see the negative comments. Everytime I have had an appointment I get called in right away. Of course you wait for her to come in like all doctors office but I don't mind waiting because she is never rushed when she is with me. She is a great doctor because she listens and has excellent bedside manner. The office staff is always very nice. Would definitely recommend Dr. Bango.

I’ve been coming here for years now and as the years have passed the experience has gone downhill. The nurse practitioner is very good and explains everything. Dr Bango is good but keeps it short. Now as for following up and returning phone calls, that’s where the problem is. You’ll win the lotto before anyone from that office calls you back.
