Marty has been there for years taking good care of all of us people out here in Myakka city. She is so attentive and kind and respectful and great attention to detail. She loves working there , it’s going to be very sad for all of us to see her go, we are going to miss her greatly. “ If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it…”

Easy to make an appointment. Great communication too. They texted and called to remind me of my appointment. Although it's a bit far from my house, but I like to go to this location. Very friendly and attentively staff. They treated and cared for me like a family member. From the front desk clerk to the nurses. Super clean facility. They processed paperwork fast and efficiently. My prescriptions were sent to my local pharmacy immediately following the doctor's visit and they were ready for pickup when I got there.
Will continue to come here and would definitely recommend this facility.

I 100% would recommend this clinic. My father Emmett Butler started going to this clinic about 8 months ago and I couldn't be happier. They take such good care of him. He doesn't even have to have an appointment and they get him in & spend time talking with him & actually helping. What a wonderful Dr, my dad is a very Stubburn man & she listens & gets him to take all the tests he needs. Thank you so so much for taking such good care of my dad & making him feel comfortable & welcome every single time. Every time he comes home from a visit he tells me how much he loves this clinic. So thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I needed an appointment for a covid test and the nurses were a big help they got me in asap and were so very nice and easy. Carolyn was the nicest nurse with my son as well. I'd travel the 40 mins it takes me to come see here again and again!

I wouldn't advise getting blood work here as the phlebotomist is unwilling and apparently not capable of performing her job. I have never in 48 years had a professional refuse to do her job and most phlebotimist are eager to go where they know they can get a draw, however this phlebotomist outright refused to go where I suggested an when she went where I told her wouldn't work she actually started to draw blood but kept moving it around even though it was flowing...until she ended up with nothing then left a big knot in my arm. I found her to be condescending an very unprofessional. The office staff and the the physician I saw were both professional and pleasant and genuinely seemed to care about their jobs and they people they were caring for.

I was very disappointed with my visit to Myakka City Healthcare. Items I was asked to bring in were faxed to their office on a Friday evening before my Tuesday appointment so they could have the information was thrown out because I didnt physically bring the items in? The explanation I was given was they couldnt keep it out because if HIPPA Laws? What century is this that they couldnt scan the item into a temporary folder until my appointment. I of course didnt bring that information thinking they had it. My second issue was it was not made clear that this was just an appointment to establish as a patient and I was not being seen for a phyiscial. I would have to come back for another appointment for that. Of course this is another Nurse Practitioner who's time is more important than mine. I had to schedule off work for this aggravation. Must be why they are always looking for new patients. Go here at your own risk.
