When one spends 38 consecutive mornings with staff, it makes him/her a pretty good gauge for service levels. Melanie and Patricia are excellent Brand Ambassadors fot TMS services. They are knowledgeable and have the right recipe of empathy & humanity. Anxiety & depression are formidable foes. Technology is great, but ultimately, it's the people that make the difference. I am grateful.

If you’re looking for a place to get your TMS done, this is the place! MyTMS is spectacular. My tech Melanie is absolutely amazing, she is so knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Melanie made me feel very safe and heard anytime I would come in for treatment. I’m truly so grateful for this practice. My mental health has been doing so much better ever since I started TMS. Melanie made this process very easy and comfortable and for that I cannot thank her enough. Usually in mental health practices it’s all about the money and very little interest in the patient, I can confidently say it’s not like that at MyTMS at all. My tech truly cares about my progress and my well being. I can finally say I have some control over my depression, I’m so lucky to have found MyTMS. If it was possible to give 100 stars I would. Thank you for lifting such a huge weight off my shoulders. - If you’re reading this, this is a sign to start TMS with MyTMS!

I had a good experience with TMS therapy assisted by excellent technicians, especially Oscar, a very professional but also friendly and kind person. He always looked for a way to make me feel comfortable and was very attentive to my progress. I think that in addition to the therapy, his good treatment has allowed me to improve; the treatment and feeling 15 minutes of empathy daily was what has truly helped me throughout this period.

I recommend this therapy because thanks to the treatment I feel that I can have control in my life; now I can feel the motivation to want to improve!

I took my mother to this Oakland Park location and we were pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was. Our tech was Oscar de Leon and he was the most patient and friendly tech I have ever met. He explained to my mom (who was extremely nervous) how the entire process will go and made her feel so comfortable. The office is very clean and conveniently located at 1400 East Oakland Park Boulevard suite #209 in Oakland Park 33334. My mother had about 34 sessions and she has gotten so much better and I'm so thankful for Oscar at TMS. I recommend this location and tech Mr Oscar De Leon with five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My experience with TMS therapy has been very pleasant and comforting. Estefanía, my technician, has gone above and beyond to accommodate my sessions around my work schedule, and sitting at her cubicle has become a source of well-being by itself as I enjoy her feedback, personable demeanor and warm empathy.
The therapy is obviously having an effect on me, although I am not yet where I want to be, I am moving in the right direction, eventually the factors that affect me will continue to improve and I will complete my therapy. I am thankful and optimistic about my future.
