Please see pics of "refurbished" oxygen concentrator sent to me by these thieves. $899 +$193.08 UPS 2ND DAY AIR. It cam with huge pieces of plastic broken off of outer shell and huge cracks as well.I chose not to accept their offer to replace and purchased elsewhere. Thyw are saying ups damaged in shipment however shipping container had no damage, I believe it was shipped that way, I DON'T CARE!!!!! I just want my money back. I am 75 years young, a virtual shut-in on oxygen 24/7. $1092 is lot of money to me. If you can pass this along or help to pressure these people I would be so grateful.

I bought a c-pap machine which works great. The only issue is that my doctor requested that the pressure be programmed. It is not and I have no way to adjust it. I tried to use the chat but am not getting a reply. I also tried to send an email but the address is not a valid email.
