I called the general line and left several voicemails over 4 days. I did not get a single call back. I was finally able to reach a representative on the 5th day of trying. “Medical Assistant” Antoinette answered and she wasn’t helpful in the slightest. She was extremely rude and refused to provide her managers information when asked. I asked to speak to another representative as she was being nasty and I guess she must have had me on speaker because both her and the other representative started laughing and said “we’re going to tell you the same thing”. This teams customer service is beyond unprofessional. I would not feel comfortable with them being part of a medical visit in any way, shape or form.

I'm getting older. I want to start taking my health more seriously, but it's hard when the practitioners just give up on you. So you had a hard time hitting a vein, big deal. Try again? Nope. What's the point in rescheduling? So you can keep missing and make come back, and back, and back? Hey, I'm breathing. I must be fine. I'll keep being fine. Thanks for... nothing.

I've had good doctors here and some bad. This is a fantastic service for small ailments and injuries. It's a great alternative to the costly trips to your primary for drug refills and small concerns. What I've come to find is that they don't for some reason like to share information with your primary. I saw one of thier nurse practitioners for a problem that I was having, and they took x-rays and blood work. I had the results of the x-ray immediately but had to wait for blood work results. I didn't care for the treatment options from the nurse practitioner so I decided to see my primary for this issue. Unfortunately My Health Onsite has made it clear that I need to make another appointment with the nurse practitioner or they won't share my results with my primary. I don't need to see two different care givers. I chose who I wish to take care of this, but apparently My Health Onsite disagrees with my choice. How this is legal in Florida is beyond me, but its common. Getting doctors to share information with other doctors is like pulling teeth.
