I been with Dr Navas for seven years, very happy with the service all the time that needs refers always can get them easy and fast my husband is a patient too and we don’t change this Dee’s and clinic for nothing we moved at 30 minutes away but still with them, and hope to be here for long period of time, the staff is very polite, professional, kind and friendly; the place is very clean, including bathrooms, they always care about medications refills . thanks My care med and Drs and staff♥️♥️♥️♥️

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Joel Perez !!! he listens and understands your problems and goes above and beyond to help you in anyway he can. I will not go anywhere else or see anyone else. And all the girls in the front are my ABSOLUTE FAVS. They are so good to me every time I'm there. They are amazing. Glad I have them on my side

On my first visit, the NP informed me that my "ears are too clean." Weird, right? So I decided to seek care elsewhere. Now, the practice has sent me a threatening letter. In the 3rd paragraph they threaten my continued participation in my health care plan if I don't make an appointment with them. My health plan is "open access" and allows me to seek care in any provider's office.
This office is sketchy and overly aggressive in sales tactics. (In my opinion.)

This is a terrible office, Dr. Nevis is on a power trip refusing to write me a prescription for Dexcom G7 sensors after I got Humana to approve it. Go to a Dr. that cares what the patient wants and the insurance company approves.

The staff took great care in treatment. They were willing to listen to my concerns. I am VERY SATISFIED with the staff and service provide. Joel, Annie, Lisa and all those I came in contact with were pleasant and caring.

If you want a place to make your life miserable choose this place because they make a bunch of mistakes, especially when it comes to referrals. Each person you talk to tells you something different and they try to push their own referrals, instead of more convenient ones that match with your insurance.
The only thing that I really appreciate is the way Monica Almeciga works and how good she was at her job, she was kind and actually cares about the patients. Unfortunately, the office staff and receptionists there don’t work together as a team and they are just plain rude and not friendly, if you don’t like your job go somewhere else instead of being in a bad mood and making other people life’s miserable.
I will definitely find a different place where they are more professional and have a better care for their patients and I recommend you do too.

Don’t recommend especially if you dont speak Spanish staff are hard to understand when speaking. I made an appointment and when I showed up they said I didn’t have one. For the last couple months they have since rescheduled the appointment 3 different times and keep pushing it back even farther. Staff is friendly.
