I recently changed PCP to Dr Madison Ross. It was a blessing to take charge with determination to find out what was happening with my body. I found out so much information in such a short period of time. She is conservative and wants to make sure that the test results are accurate. So I will follow up with some specialist just to make sure. I really appreciate that. It makes you feel comfortable that she just doesn’t throw you on a medication that you might not need.

if i could give 0 stars to a place i would. 5 stars for the staff who helped me but 0 stars for the experience. Long story short, i was sick. i got tested for everything because i was going on a trip and didnt want to get others sick - all negative. the nurse was not super chatty but i didnt mind, i just wanted to be sure i wasnt sick. i went on my trip and continued feeling sick. when i got back (a week later) i went back to get tested again to see if there was anything different. everyone else on my trip had gotten sick as well. i had the same nurse and she immediately treated me as a nuisance. she asked what i was doing there, and when i said i was following up from when i had been there a week prior, she literally said "well if we couldnt do anything for you then, what makes you think we could do something for you now?" i was taken aback. Mind you, i am autistic, so it took me a second to realize she was intentionally being rude. I said i just wanted to get tested since everyone else had gotten sick as well, and she responded with "and you think you could get a result this soon?" it went on like this for a few more minutes, i said "as long as my insurance will cover the tests i want them" and she said "well i dont know anything about your insurance". it was then that i was close to tears because all i wanted was to know why i felt sick. i asked for a new nurse and she immediately became apologetic, saying she wasn't trying to make me feel invalidated and i just wasn't having it. as soon as she left the room i waited a minute and then decided that i didn't care about being seen anymore, so i walked out of the exam room and left. I had a talk with the office manager and she promised to call and update. All i want is the name of the nurse so i can file a formal complaint against her. it has since been 2 weeks with no response. i am still sick, but i havent been back to the doctor because this entire situation has left me anxious and paranoid due to my autism. i will not be recommending this establishment or going back anytime soon.

I just moved to Murray and ended up making an appointment at Murray Medical Associates. When I arrived, I found the entrance a bit confusing as it was unclear which entrance to use and signage was not overly helpful. No suite number, directions, or warning about multiple businesses occupying the same building had been given to me when I made my appointment. No one was staffing the desk inside the door, though I waited for a few minutes to see if anyone would return. I did eventually find the clinic by asking a passing staff member for directions.

The staff at Murray Medical Associates was friendly. I really liked the nurse practitioner who handled the majority of my appointment (I don't recall his name). He was friendly and listened and offered a collaborative approach on my medical care by asking for my feedback and input. I really appreciated this. Dr. Bobbi Anderson also saw me and she was friendly and helpful as well. I asked to make her my primary care provider. Overall, I left feeling really great and felt we had a good plan.

I was asked during my appointment if I wanted an antibiotic prescribed for a minor infection and I opted to wait and see if my body could recover on its own. I was told to call if symptoms did not improve or got worse.

Over the holiday weekend, my symptoms did exacerbate so, directly after the holiday, I called and was directed by the phone tree menu to leave a message for the nurse. I did this. I never received a call back. At the end of the day, I called again and was again directed by the phone tree menu to leave a message for the nurse, however the recording also stated that duplicate messages would result in longer wait times for returned calls. I did not leave a message.

The next day, after still not hearing back, I called multiple times throughout the day. I got the nurse voicemail each time. I finally made a different selection on the phone tree menu in hopes of reaching a live person. I did, and this person told me that my message had been received and was noted and passed on to my doctor. I was also told the doctor was out that day but that she might respond. The person I spoke with was fairly short and not very friendly. I never heard back.

I called again the next day and got the nurse voicemail again. Finally, on the third day after my call, I got a call from a nurse saying they were returning my call and asking me what I needed (!!). I repeated the information I had left on the voicemail. They said they would pass the message to my doctor. I never heard anything the rest of the day.

Late the next morning, I finally got a call from a nurse saying she had talked with my doctor and had a message for me. The message was that I would need to make an appointment to be seen in order for an antibiotic to be prescribed since it had now been a week since my original appointment. I pointed out that I had first called several days ago and that it had not been my fault that a week had passed and also that my doctor had offered to prescribe the antibiotic the week before and had asked me to call and let her know if symptoms didn't improve. I was still told I'd have to make an appointment and be seen and have the test for infection done again.

This meant paying for another appointment, paying for another test, and more time off work just to get an antibiotic. All because I had spent 4 days waiting to reach my doctor after a holiday weekend.

This experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth and has overshadowed all of my positive impressions from my first encounter. It is terrible customer service to fail to call patients back for nearly a week, then force them to schedule new appointments and new tests because so much time has passed. It's also extremely frustrating to be unable to reach a live person for over 3 days.

In addition, I still have not received access to the patient portal although I've requested it.

Very disappointed and underwhelmed. I gave 2 stars only because my initial experience with my doctor and others on the team was positive.

Today, I got an infusion treatment after testing positive for covid. The staff have been nothing short of amazing. They have been informative, patient with my questions, and very hospitable. One of the nurses even brought me a snack and something to drink while I waited after receiving the infusion. I would definitely recommend coming here for any treatment!

Saturday was great. Treated fast, nurses were kind. Two grandsons tested positive for strep, and I had ear infections and red throat. Antibiotics prescribed. Today (Monday) called as soon as they opened because grandson now has pink eye. Never got a call back even though I explained his eyes were bothering him, that he needs drops called in, and that he can't go back to school until he's on them. No call. Now they're closed. 2 out of the 3 staff I talked to were short with me on the verge of rude. So now, at almost 6 at night we're at Fast Pace. All because MMA couldn't take 10 minutes to have someone call a prescription in? So disappointing for a place I've always bragged on.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ford since Doc Robinson left MMA. She's not only an amazing Doctor, but a great person as well. She's always ready to listen and HEAR that what I say at each visit. I wouldn't see anyone else unless I had to! Great staff!! Thanks for all you do!! We notice!
