Muir pulmonary has been great to me. I was with kaiser before and have been having breathing problems for an entire year now. I went to my pcp twice and still had problems, changed pcp which I went to twice also and still had problems. It got so bad I had to go to the ER 4 times and the 4th time kept me for a week. Still no explanation on what was going on. I changed insurance, had one appt. with Dr. Juan. He put me on a different prevention inhaler and been doing better and better ever since. The staff is very kind, all the doctor's are very knowledgeable. Highly recommended office.

They prescribed a CPAP to me and after the test period was done, someone from their office called and came to the house and picked it up. I had a bad feeling when the lady picking it up gave me no receipt. Now I'm getting $885.81 collection notices, called the office multiple times, called Apria multiple times, called the collection agency, no one wants to resolve it.

I'm pretty sure it was a representative from your office that picked the device up, not the insurance company. But I appreciate you trying to deny responsibility in this matter. I've made enough calls, including just now per your request, and got the same run around. You can call me to resolve.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mark Slootsky with emphysema for several years and can say that he is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He is professional and always listens carefully to all my concerns. He always takes the time to be extremely helpful and responsive in solving a problem, no matter what it is.
