For the last week the folks at MTZ Medical supply have bent over backwards to help myself and my wife to work out equipment and supply issues. In my case I had a need for my first walker, I’m a big guy so my options are limited. I purchased a heavy duty walker and they very graciously delivered it to my home! There was some confusion as to the width of the walker and my new walker was outside the width of my interior doors. I was disappointed but returned the walker concerned that I might not find one that fit the bill! Well the folks at MTZ were there for me, had another walker that met my options and made me a deal I couldn’t refuse! They made my day!!

My wife has had issues involving incontinence underwear and with MTZ’s help was able to find a product that has been both the best price and the most comfortable! Our thanks to Juanita and Oscar for taking such good care of us!

Oscar and his wife are just THE BEST!!! They spent time with me when I came in and mentioned I was looking for safe options for toilet rails for my mom who has suffered a stroke. They shared their own heroic story with me and asked about my moms progress, they seemed genuinely interested. They told me they opened a month ago, there store is small but well appointed and the prices you can not beat. I was with them for about an hour and will return for other things that mom might need. They have everything from non slip socks, to incontinent supplies, commodes, wheelchairs and even I believe an e-stim home machine. It is worth buying local and trying the stuff out (I do not know how many Amazon returns I have made since the stroke). 5 star service all the way and the NICEST COUPLE you will ever meet. I will definitely be back for all moms needs. It is literally seconds from the Safeway and Chase bank corner on Camino Del Sol West.

Cannot give more than 5 stars here, but they deserve 10! They helped me find and purchase the safety and mobility equipment for my husband needs. They listen, they care, they go out of their way to provide the right products for the situation, especially if they don't have what you need from their already impressive stock of goods. The prices are very reasonable, less than competitive places. They are here to serve. You won't regret stopping by or calling them. I am a first time buyer and am not related in any way to them. Read the Independant's newspaper article and gave them a call. We need more folks like them.

I actually bought a new wheelchair and he gave me $25 off on and he was very responsive to me in communication and very kind and helpful!
