I can't recommend Deidre at GetWellness Center enough! I was fed up (literally) with my healthcare at Kaiser after I was repeatedly diagnosed with IBS. I knew something was off and reached out to GetWellness per a suggestion of a friend.

Deidre is knowledgable, compassionate and was immediately able to get to the root of my ongoing concerns and issues. She also implemented a plan moving forward to ensure I stay healthy and on track.

I went to Get Wellness Center in June of 2020. My concerns were low energy level, poor digestion and elimination. I often would get acid reflux and couldn't lose any weight, even though I worked out regularly and watched what I eat.
Deidra did a very thorough examination. Helped me with all my health concerns. Showed me how to eat for my body. It's been six months and I have lost 25 pound's and 4i inches off my waist. I feel amazing !
