Coming back to add that I was there 9 hours and left at 12:00 am after a single bag of saline, zofran and a misdiagnosis. And 3 tantrums being thrown by doctors one of which literally stormed out my room at 11:09 because I WAS UPSET with the service I was receiving.
Been sitting in a room for three hours. No water, no saline drip, no medicine. Spoken to the doctor one time was told I’d get medicine to help with my nausea and migraine. It’s been literally three hours. Will be going else where in the future. This place will never have me here again. They’re super rude and just toss you in a room to be neglected

Went there because my knee exploded, then the stool I use to get into bed with collapsed. Never saw a Dr. Just a nasty nurse. Didn't give me anything for pain. They wanted me to come back the next day and see the Dr. I couldn't walk and was in severe pain.
Woke up the next morning 10 x worse, unable to move for 2 weeks. Finally was able to move enough to go to urgent care, got muscle relaxers. After more x rays and MRI, my right knee is completely blown, L foot has a like bone spur. Tail bone and lower back has not gotten any better. L shoulder is still messed up. Don't go here!

Just moved to AZ from CT, went to this ER twice, they did not do anything. The second time the provider was the worst of the worst, all my life I had never been treated like this.
After suffering for more than a week I went to another ER a compassionate Doctor took care of me and figured out what was going wrong with me. I Will never go back there again ever if I am unconscious I will let my family know not to take me there.

On behalf of my mother , was good good, just good . we went to ER and they help and check, but being just tourist here in America, I saw hesitation to take her IN and do emphasis why we take us to go to ER … evidently reason 78 year old and lethargic 5 days, plus 3 weeks of weakness enough reason.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! My boyfriend was brought to this ER after a motorcycle accident. He was treated and sent home with pain medication, but when we went to the pharmacy (Walgreens) they sent us to, it was back-ordered. He is in A LOT OF PAIN. The lack of communication between the ER staff and their affiliated pharmacy was extremely disappointing. They should have ensured the medication was available before sending us there or at least provided alternative options. Patients deserve better advocacy. After a serious accident, patients shouldn’t have to deal with this kind of stress.

From the time I walked in , until I went home , I felt welcomed and comfortable. I was greeted immediately and was taken to a room to be examined within 10 minutes. The entire staff was friendly and very attentive to my needs and made sure I was comfortable . They explained all procedures and any medications given. Going into great detail when explaining a ct scan w/contrast so that there were no surprises and I wasn’t uncomfortable or nervous . I cannot say enough good things about this facility and its employees. There was a student Dr. there as well and it was refreshing to know he was being trained to actually care and be empathetic to each persons situation. It is not easy to find good health care these days and I don’t go to the doctor because of it . But I look forward to my follow up care and taking the next step into finally fixing a medical issue I have been ignoring simply out of fear of being in a hospital where no one cares if I live or die. I would recommend coming here over any other medical facility in Arizona .pretty sad about that part , but grateful for what these Dr.’s and Nurses and all the staff are achieving here. Thank you for my excellent care and more importantly for remembering I am a person just like you ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They made the best out of a bad situation. They had me checked in and in a room in about 10 minutes. The Nurses and the Doctor were exceptional, very friendly, courteous, and knowedgable. He explained what he was going to do and sewed me up and got me out of there. Thank you to Dr Pike, and Nurse Misty and checkin staff for excellent care!!

I can't believe how absurdly slow this place is. You're in the emergency room, it's nearly empty, and yet it's like they are dragging their feet and taking as much time as possible. My daughter's head is bleeding and they are about as unconcerned as it gets. If you have a choice, it might be wise to go somewhere else.
