She helped me find my passenger and even helped the man in the wheel chair get in my car. My passenger echoed my sentiments that Rose is awesome!

I've been seeing Dr. Rachel Sy for about 10 years now. She takes such good care of me. She always checks to see if I'm due for labs since I have high blood pressure and diabetes. She makes sure I have my mammogram on time. Although I'm not very good at following through with that. She always asks me how I'm feeling and if I need anything. If I have a problem she's very thorough and works with me to find a solution that works best for me. Her staff is wonderful. They're so nice and always willing to help. I recently moved to Mesa and have changed other doctors to ones closer to me. I will not change Dr. Sy. She and her staff are valuable to my care and I appreciate all of their hard work. Thank you to Dr. Sy and her staff for putting up with me.

These doctors are lazy and careless Karen is the worst doctor i ever had! I'm 5 months pregnant and i'm not getting the proper care that I need! The people at the Front office desk have attitudes and they're dismissive...I requested a doctor note to have a seating position at work due to my swollen my feet and pressure on my back! The doctor never called me to say the note is ready I had to call them! Once I picked it up the note wasn't correct! All the doctors rush their patients out the door! ...I will not be returning!

My son had an appointment with MPHC for dental services. He was referred out to an oral surgeon to have his wisdom teeth removed. The initial appointment was set for 2 months out, while we where waiting one tooth started to hurt him. I called and updated the Dr. Office of the change of events and they where unable to provide and earlier appointment. With a cancelation list of 15, we where the 16th on that list! So I turned to MPHC for a referral to another dentist, the first time I called I was told that all of the surgeon’s is scheduling 2 months out, but she would have someone call me back. The following day I called and the assistance once again message the dental department where I was informed again that all surgeons is scheduling 2 months out, but they would have someone give me a call back. Hours later I received a call from the dental department and was informed that all surgeons all scheduling 2 month out. I question the representative and asked her how she knew other Dr.’s schedule? she stated that she “was informed by her superior Lolina Garcia her head dentist, that this was so,” and that they have provided me with a referral and they are not willing to provide me with another!” The process was to time consuming for her/they to work up the paperwork! I stated that it was in fact their job to do so, without these request they would not have a job, but just give me a number I will make the calls. I called the number that was reluctantly provided and scheduled an appointment for Monday 3 days away.

they are very very busy they sound like, when I make an appointment they always say oh it's gonna be next month
And when I say really? Could you like into again? And they are like oh there's one spot on next week, then they should say so in the beginning.
It happens many times
Receptionists should do thier jobs right. They must live in a mountain or something.they should have survey on each call. They deal with
Children's lives. They should have responsibility
And after the doctors appointment they always make us wait around, with a fussy baby in a sick room where all these virus other sick kids bring, and the receptionist give us attitude when we go ask what we are waiting. We can get visit summary online, I don't see why we have to wait more than 5 mins to get a piece of paper. They should get things together.

This place has been such a good place for me until today where I literally and I'm not joking got a nurse that did not know how to do her job. Never felt so disrespected, the nurse lie to the doctor about a concern that I had, this just made me feel awful I don't think I'll be coming back

I called on Wednesday to make on appointment and got one for Friday. Can't get any better than that. I'll update after the appointment if needed.
