I just received a prescription that I just ordered on Monday, that's service. Thought I'd take time praise the V A Healthcare system for outstanding performance and care. Thanks, A happy Vet.

15 major surgeries, burned from head to toe...much, much more. In the VA system from 5/95 up until today at 2PM, and have seen extraordinary service, skill, and compassion from some practitioners and outright malpractice from others. Same in this tiny burg, so expect that, TRULY, but to those at Mountain Home CBOC and throughout this MASSIVE system who belong in that first grouping? Kudos is due, carry on as long as you can, thanks, and you're loved and appreciated !!! The clerical/ support staff do a terrific job andmanagement, despite tied hands, keeps things running as smoothly as possible. As for those of you who drive vets to self harm in parking lots, so sad you've forgotten your Hippocratic oath and are scared to stand up- helluva way to be. BTW, I don't rate hamburger joints and muffler shops, and never give yes or no answers. Good fortune.

Doctors are amazing people who listen and care. The nurses are caring but seem understaffed and difficult to reach on some occasions. Overall I moved from Fayetteville Ar to this clinic nervously but wished I’d done it sooner.

I was on vacation and caught a bug. After a couple of days the symptoms were still there so I went to visit the clinic. So much red tape, and so many excuses! Basically I wasn't seen it was just ridiculous. Another Veterans Administration TRAIN WRECK.

Hard to get appt because a nurse has to approve it first! This is very frustrating & can take 2-4 weeks for a return call. A dr refused to see me because the issue I was concerned about wasn't already in my records! I was in a lot of pain but because my mri didn't show any serious issue, my symptoms were disregarded.

This clinic has always went out of their way to try and take care of my problems. The people here seem to generally take their job seriously. My hat is off to all of them.

The VA reps idea of service to veterans and their families is “go use the internet”. My grandfather died waiting to hear back from this branch. Awful representation.
