I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Nieder. From my first visit, he made me feel comfortable and at ease, which is especially important when dealing with urological concerns. Dr. Nieder was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to thoroughly explain my condition and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. His compassionate approach and attention to detail reassured me throughout the process, and I truly felt like I was in the best hands. I can’t say enough about how amazing my experience with Mount Sinai Medical Center was. Especially grateful to Dr. Danica Vance who did such great work on my shoulder surgery. She is the epitome of professionalism and was so gracious in handling all my concerns. She showed a genuine interest in my follow-up visits making sure I was recovering properly. I saw Dr. Shim for ongoing shoulder pain and she was great! She reviewed my X-rays, recent MRI, and treatment options including drawings of the two surgeries appropriate for my condition.
Dr Shim encouraged me to send her questions on “My Chart”. The office staff was friendly. My only comment is the male X-ray tech didn’t introduce himself, was a little rough when positioning my painful shoulder and did not give the usual instructions about holding my breath when taking the x-rays

Terrible Place went for blood test and they send it to there hospital and I paid them my copay and said if the insurance does not cover do not do it. they still wanted $300 extra as my insurance does not cover hospital blood test. Instead of taking it to the lap that the insurance covers they send it to there hospital so there greedy so called doctors get more money. I we’ll not pay it as the insurance said not to as I paid the copay and said it’s a fraud case. There mistake and they want an extra $300 from me. Wait time with appointment was 1 hour. First time using Mount Sinai and Last time as well Memorial is way better had to do a fraud case against them as all he did is blood test and for that they charge my insurance hospital bill which I never went to they just send my blood there. And the blood work was just spouses to be of iron he only took 4 blood tubs and did 30 test with that and change my insurance $1000 for that. staff there and the doctor there are terrible and wanted for me to see him once a week. Like I we’ll never ever go there again. Do not go hear it’s a terrible place and a greedy company that we’ll charge your insurance the max and do staff that your insurance does not cover.

I arrived at the Medical Center and was immediately greeted by the admitting dept. My information was quickly gathered and within a few minutes I was inside being attended to. A diagnosis of by situation was assessed easily given I had a backed up catheter which was installed by my urologist on 11/19/24. Within the next hour I was seen by PA and then turned over to nurse Ricardo O. Ricardo was very caring and did a fantastic job replacing my backed up catheter. All in alll, my experience was a 10 out of 10.
