I recently had a knee surgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center performed by Dr. Vance
I am so pleased how seamless my experience was. Logistics efficient and carried out by a friendly and professional staff. From miss Melody in registration to Ms Torres who assisted me to our car after the surgery. All the nurses who were in contact with me were nothing but friendly, kind and professional. Maria and Veronica just to name a few. Of course the Anesthesiologists and Dr. Vance did a wonderful job.

My entire pregnancy was managed at another hospital, but due to an emergency, I was referred to this one, where I gave birth and where my baby spent two months in the NICU. I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire staff for their exceptional care and support during this time, both for me and my baby.

A special thank you to the NICU team—the doctors, nurses, and staff—whose dedication and compassion made an incredible difference in our lives. I will be forever grateful for the love and commitment with which they cared for my baby.

I am especially thankful to Drs. Zabaleta, Adam, Veronica, and Joseph, as well as nurses Alena, Samantha, Eleni, Erin, Maria, and Sebastian. Your kindness, expertise, and unwavering support brought us comfort during an incredibly challenging time. I will always carry my gratitude for you in my heart. Thank you also for the beautiful farewell you gave us—it meant so much to us and made our departure even more special.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave me medicine to stop the pain but didn't even try to figure out what was wrong with me. After I got the drugs, they monitored my reaction and then sent me home with a referral for a oral surgeon. My jaw pain was intense and could be nerve related not dental since I have no teeth. I just wish they could have tried to figure it out or have a nerve doctor check me out.

I went to ER on a Sunday afternoon and it was excellent. The hospital is clean and all the staff is well mannered and professional .
I appreciate how the doctor took the time to understand my individual needs and developed a treatment plan that worked for me.
The nurse in charge and technicians were knowledgeable , very supportive and kind .

My name is Shiva and my wife's name is Latishiya Nicholas. Today, I am writing this message to express my gratitude to the labor and delivery team at Mount Sinai Hospital Miami. I am sincerely thankful for the exceptional care and support provided to my wife. The nurses have been incredibly compassionate and understanding, making us feel like a part of their own family. We are truly grateful for the outstanding service we have received.

Although I don't know the names of the nurses, one is tall with fair skin, and the other is of shorter stature with fair skin as well. They have been amazing, and I cannot thank them enough. May you all be blessed for your kindness and dedication.

Also, The newborn baby nursery nurses is truly exceptional in the way they care for your new baby👶. Their dedication and compassion create an environment where your little one receives the highest level of care. wow

I have been a patient and in-patient at Mt. Sinai since 2010. I believe in preventative care and have gone to a few doctors who have had their offices there over the years.

Located in Miami Beach by I195, Mount Sinai Medical Center specializes in Cardiology, cancer treatments, Neurosciences, urology, robotic surgeries, and other conditions (vision, hearing loss, vertigo, podiatry).

I have always received the best care from the doctors and nurses while there.

The only reason that I didn't give a 5 star review is because it is always such a pain to pay for parking. It is only $5 for 4 hours, but the 2 pay machines on the 2nd floor do not always work correctly. There is a button to push asking for help, but today, after pushing the button, I stood there in pain waiting for 20 minutes, but no one came to help. I decided to drive downstairs to the checkout booth, explain the situation, and ask if I could pay him. He agreed, and it was handled efficiently like it used to be years ago.

Excellent doctors and nurses. Dad was just there and they fixed him up and he was ready to go home the day after. Highly recommend!!! Shout out to Daisy who was the nurse in charge of him during his stay, absolute superstar!

Also, side note, I was born at this hospital and have been coming here for any emergency or issue since I could remember! Mt. Sinai is, and always will be my go to. ❤️

Miami 5.

Stay away from this place is an absolutely a scam office. My first visit was the end of November & they charged me $300 even with full covered insurance but was told it’s “a yearly fee”, my second visit was in January & they tried to charge me $300 AGAIN. “It’s a new year so now it’s a new fee but your next visit will be totally covered”…. Today is my 3rd scan & again with a rude front desk lady trying to charge me $300 again & her reason now “that’s the price, you want it or not”…
