I stopped by Mount Dora Nutrition for a shake and tea and had the pleasure of meeting Cesar. He recommended the “It’s Cheesecake Bruh” shake, and let me tell you—it’s absolutely fabulous! What a nice place! It was very nicely decorated, with great service and a fantastic selection of delicious options. I haven't tried them all yet, but the Iced Dirty Chai is perfect. It has some protein in it, making it just what I needed at that time of day. My nephew had a shake, and once again, the choices are numerous. The protein-packed shakes could even substitute for a meal. Very healthy with a great taste! My go to!

Cesar and Laura are the best. This place is amazing, they have some of the best mega teas and protein waffles in town. If you’re looking for an herballife shop, look no further. These guys are the best!!!
