One of the best dental offices I’ve been too. They are highly attentive to my needs. They are willing to work with you and make sure you have the best looking teeth. I absolutely love this office. Whoever works at the front desk needs to be fired immediately! I was assigned to this doctor by my provider and called to make an appointment. She told me the earliest availability they have on April which I said okay there is nothing to do. I’ll wait and see the doctor but what she did instead of telling me what date and time I can go? She hung up on me! I am on the phone now with the provider to change my assigned doctor! Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting here for a routine check-up and cleaning, and I can't speak highly enough about my experience.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly receptionist, who made the check-in process quick and easy. The waiting area was inviting and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease. I hardly had to wait before being called in for my appointment.

Dr Nad has been my dentist the past 20 years and I’ve never had a bad experience with him. He’s very knowledgeable and patient and has a good sense of humor too which always makes the visits a little easier. The staff there is also very kind and respectful, and I always feel very comfortable during my visits. I wish I could say I had a good experience here since despite some of the negative reviews, I had family come here and they had good experience but mine was the opposite unfortunately. Not only was lead doctor rude but also a know-it-all. I was asked about the medications I was on to which I told them I was only on one, an antidepressant, and she proceeded to correct me by saying ‘no it’s not an antidepressant. It’s for asthma’ like what? After I told her the name twice, double checked to make sure I was pronouncing it correctly and I even showed her my my chart app where I had the information, and she still proceeded to say I was wrong Then brushed me off when I insisted that I knew what I was talking about.

She gave lectured me about flossing since my gums were bleeding and told me not to lie when I said I brush my teeth twice a day and floss here and there, but not everyday and told me it looks like I don’t floss at all? She was also mindlessly rough with my teeth. Mind you, this was for a consultation to get a temporary filling removed and replaced with a more permanent one.

I was also told my gums were inflamed and I would surgery to get it down? Despite me asking if there were any alternative options besides surgery since I have really bad anxiety but she didn’t listened and insisted that surgery was the only way and that I needed to listen. All of that understandably freaked me out. And funnily enough after I left, I went to dental office that I payed for out of pocket who were not only very professional, educated and but overall wonderful people — turns out I didn’t need whatever surgery they tried to sell me. I had minor swelling to my gums because of an infection which was treated with antibiotics and a special tooth paste and it went away in a bout a week or two. NO SURGERY NEEDED!

Oh and they also messed up the x-ray they did on my teeth and usually when I get X-rays, you’re given a vest but they decided not supply me with one because ‘it isn’t necessary’.

The staffing here needs to work on their customer service / table side manner because I felt belittled and insulted my entire time here. I left with throbbing bleeding gums and hurt feelings due to the belittling. Don’t even get me started with the receptionist. Never again. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Pathetic website and staff! If I could give zero stars, I would. I didn't have a choice because my HMO assigned me this dentist as my primary dentist. It has been more than a year, and the contact forms on the website do not work. They don't get back to you; they don't respond to your messages; they don't pick up your calls. I am stuck with this sorry excuse of a dental practice in SF and haven't been able to see a dentist for a routine check-up since 1.5 years.

You are a #, not a patient.

First visit was told they thought I had a cyst in my face. I paid out of pocket for the scan, which they did incorrectly twice. Further diagnosis showed no cyst.

I was the last appointment for dental cleaning. Felt dehumanizing. Dentist was out the door before I was. Hygienist was a novice without supervision.

Not going back. Not worth waiting months for the screening appointment and additional months for the cleaning.
