Beyond excellent. When it comes to evaluation and experience with kids, it was amazing. I have a child who needed evaluation. Miss Ariel is truly beyond ans above amazing, amazing assessor, to where she allowed my child to be herself and function as she does on regular and was able to evaluate in detail and true to facts every word was spot on. She was able to dismiss an outdated diagnosis as well she wrote recommendations and explained on paper in a helpful language how my child functions so the next person and everybody who will read the report will know my child's needs and how to address situations.

The school district doesn't have anything on this company when it come to evaluation hands down it was the best me and my husband was relaxed we trusted the process Miss Ariel is who understands people with dudabilities and strive to help the best they can and more. I highly recommend them to parents who need to hire private assessors and make sure they have fair evaluation for better informed decisions when it comes to IEP

It's now been many years since I first took my son to Morrissey-Compton for testing. I can say without reservation that this is THE BEST thing I have ever done for him. The testing and recommendations we received from MC - and the strong support he got at Challenge school turned his life around completely.

Details:
I went there for a day of testing, that was 1H of intro, 4H of testing, and 1H to get the results.

I'm not an expert, but looks to me that part of the report I got could have been auto generated via computer after plugging in my scores, and then edited by the person who did the report, plus some personal observations. There is nothing wrong with that, but I'm just assuming it didn't take many hours to write.
That said, it took more than 6 weeks to get the report, which seems a bit ridiculous.

What was the total? $2475 last year.
This year, because it wasn't expensive enough, it's now over $2700. As a result, I declined.

My insurance company told me that Morissey-Compton's prices are way over the customary rates for the insurance codes (as in by a factor of 2.5 to 3x).
But just to make things worse, the billing report they did for my insurance company was done badly so that my insurance company could only pay me back for 1 out of the 4 hours of testing. It took many calls/Emails and days to finally get a billing statement I could use to get badly re-imbursed (less than a 3rd or what I paid).

My recommendation is to look at other locations, ask for pricing, and compare
