I had what I thought was a 3:45 appt tue 9/5/2023. I was running a few minutes late showed up at 3:51. I was told that I was more than 10 minutes late and I would have to reschedule keep in mind I waited 2 months for this appt and I'm in pain. I showed the receptionist my phone and said it say 3:51 I'm not 10 minutes late she said your appt was at 3:40 so I was 11 minutes late. I said what about the times I show up on time and wait 30 min to be seen and then get back in the room sit and wait another 30 min. Does not mater so she gets up presumably to talk to the doctor comes back to me sorry you need to reschedule you. I will never return

I went to establish care with a primary care physician. Dr. Courty coded the visit as a "non-covered" code and my insurance called to try to work this out but Cleveland Clinic refused to correct the code.

Started going to dr. Courty last year. He is amazing but can’t say the same about his staff. There used to be a rude brunette girl in the front desk. I’m not sure if she still there. I didn’t last time I was there. I used to be able to just call and someone would answer the phone and help me. But now every time I call I get transferred to his assistant and she never picks up the phone. I’ve left 2 voice messages and I’ve call about 10 times she is never there and never return the call. Now I have to drive almost an hour. Just so I can get some help. Ridiculous.

Wonderful staff and support. Dr Courty spent time with me and answered every question i had on my mind. Nice to find a physician that listens first then prescribes a care plan.

I think Dr. Courty is wonderful. He is patient and kind and spends time explaining things to me. I'm thoroughly please with him. I feel confident that he knows his stuff! The staff is excellent also.

Still playing mask games. They pull up mask when you walk in and demand you wear yours because it is a company rule. Only counts when the public is watching I guess. No games and fraud shows for me. Bye.

Clearly I won't be visiting this practice. Masks required even though they CLEARLY don't work and then denying patients who waited 2 months for an appointment. No thanks!!!!
