This is an update to my original rating of 1 Star. I wanted to thank Jeff, the Administrator for contacting me and letting me know the sub par service I received from the staff was addressed and would not happen again. As an almost 30 year patient of Dr. Graves, I can say he is one of the best, and I have never had an issue with his staff in all that time. Again, thank you Jeff and staff.

Dr. Graves is the best, been seeing him for years. It's not the service from Dr. Graves that's the issue but the process for refilling my prescription. Dr. Graves is out of the office and my recurring prescription changed names; therefore, a new prescription needs to be filled out and sent to the pharmacy. Well, when I called the nurse, she told me that I was just out of luck because Dr. Graves was out till next week. Well, my prescription runs out Saturday. So, I'm out of luck until Dr. Graves comes back and can rewrite it to the new name. This process is broken, if it was a critical medication, then I would just be SOL!! I'm extremely upset with the process and the nurse could care less and wouldn't or couldn't offer me a solution.

Dr. MOORE has always been very courteous and attentive. The office has it's own lab, x-ray and doppler imaging so there is little diagnostics needed outside house. The wait is always significant. But as much time as is needed is taken with your own visit so it is easily borne. The front desk staff , business office/ billing & insurance as well as the nurses are friendly and capable.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with my primary doctor, Dr. Brian Elrod, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. Despite having been a patient for quite some time, the level of care I received during my last visit was unsatisfactory.

Firstly, the wait time was unacceptable. I had to sit in the waiting room for over an hour past my scheduled appointment time, with no explanation or apology from the staff. When I finally got to see the doctor, his assistant, Patricia told me that i can't be seen by the doctor because i had going to the emergency early that day.I explained to her that when called to make the appointments i advised Jeff of my problem and he pulled my records from the emergency room care and made my appointment because I still wasn't feeling well.

What’s even more frustrating is that the doctor refused to address medical on that day his assistance telling me to call back tomorrow .
Despite my appointment being specifically made to discuss my ongoing health concerns, I was essentially turned away without receiving any proper medical attention.

Overall, I felt neglected and disregarded as a patient. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and compassion in a healthcare setting. I will definitely be seeking care elsewhere in the future and cannot recommend Dr. Brian Elrod to anyone looking for a reliable and caring primary care physician.By the way I
ended back in emergency room and was admitted to hospital for my medical issue.

Nothing personal against Dr Elrod. He’s a good doctor… But this place’s staff from what I’m reading and have now experienced is GARBAGE. Pure trash… My dad has a blown out knee and a broken finger… He called to see about an appointment for his injuries, to see if Dr Elrod could go over things with him, and whoever it is that takes calls was not only rude to him, but also put him on hold in thinking he would just hang up, since it was nearing closing time… My dad knew he was on hood on purpose and asked me to call to see what happens. My phone call went straight to the closed hours message…

In the end, after him being on hold for almost 15 minutes(3 or 4 minutes after closing time), you could hear someone pick up on their end and just hang it up… Leaving my dad without a plan and struggling.

My dad is 64 years old. He has been loyal to Elrod since I was a kid and I’m now 37 years old. He better get that staff together, because the last I checked, it’s the DOCTORS that make the ultimate decisions over there… Not a person that answers phone calls for a living!
You ma’am, are trash and I hope you read this. You need to get your act together. If you don’t want to help people, don’t put yourself into this line of business!

And now we contemplate a new Dr and location…

Strike 1, Dr. Elrod… Make it better!

Best practice in Montgomery. I see Dr Elrod. I have never had a long wait or other problem. Once he comes into the room, he gives me his undivided attention. He seems to be genuinely concerned about my health and wellbeing.
I strongly recommend this practice to anyone that is looking for a new medical clinic.

I had my new patient appointment yesterday with Dr. Burkett, everyone was amazing! Jenelle was awesome. You could tell she really enjoys her job. The girls in the lab, front desk, & scheduling were so friendly & helpful as well. Dr. Burkett was very thorough & really listened, I never felt rushed once. Glad I chose this group! Thanks for all you do!

Dr. Benjamin Burkett is an excellent Physician. He takes time to listen and is sincere in his concern. So glad I found him. An efficient office staff also.

Just want to provide a review for Dr. Daniel Moore who has been my primary care doctor for about 30 yrs. I appreciate his knowledge and thoroughness to help his patients to have great outcomes but at the same time listen and respect the patient's opinions. The practice has its onsite lab and often you get your results back within a couple of days. I find the staff to be friendly and professional. I would recommend Dr. Moore to anyone who can get him as your doctor.
