Rudest most unhelpful staff I’ve ever encountered. Initially attempted to resolve my issue over the phone and the representative hung up in my face. Whoever is responsible for birth certificates is especially unqualified and unhelpful. State please do better.

Rudest dental clinic an unhelpful staff I ever seen they took my 45$ an didn't even remove my tooth told me come back Monday an pay 45 again when I was willing to pay if now if they can remove my tooth why I have to wait three more days seem like the dentist made it personal my face not swollen just in a little pain I was mistreated today now they talking bout can't see me until December im sueing dentist didn't offer me antibiotics pain meds or num meds or anything just uncaring uncompassionate money hungry people ignored my pain

I was told by security at the health department, to move my vehicle out of the handicap ♿️ parking spot, because it's only for people in wheelchairs!
However, he never asked if I used a wheelchair!
I am a ?% Disabled Service Connected Combat Veteran Medically Retired, I have a handicap tag, I have a handicap placard, I wear 2 metal DonJoy Knee Braces for both of my knees, & I use a cane to walk!
