UPDATE: I just discovered that, according to Google, they now open at 9:00 a.m. instead of 8:00 a.m. When did that happen?

Also, when I call one of their departments, I frequently have to leave a message. I left one yesterday, asking for a Telehealth appointment, but never heard back from them. Apparently, they don't consider themselves responsible for informing patients when they have called for a Telehealth appointment but no more are available. Forget whether or not the patient is in desperate need.

Health Care in the U.S. for low-income people needs a total overhaul - in *the people's* favor.

Today is President's Day, 02/17/25. Apparently, they're closed for the Holiday, but have no outgoing message to indicate this. How nice for us.

The location in Montclair is Not the most friendly place to go to, everytime when I talk to someone on the phone it sounds like they don’t wanna be there or having a bad day. despite this I always stay friendly and hopefully they can be the same for their patients. but Dr. Adeyeye is super nice and helpful.

This facility has changed so much since Dr Lally left. The front ladies do not know what a smile is, or even how to give a smile over the phone. The waiting period is over an hour. I waited an hour for a 15 min appointment to request a referral. The only good thing or worth waiting is Dr. O'Neil Absolutely ridiculous!

The receptionists are usually always on there phones and when I need a appointment it’s always a month after they need more structure and someone who is willing to interact with patients better

THE WORST! Came to get my sons vaccines and been waiting for over two hours just to get Tylenol for him! Don’t even come here if IEHP gives you this location request Kaiser! Kaiser is better and don’t have you waiting at all! Worst service!!

The most incompetent facility in the
Health Care Services. This facility is supposed to open at 8:00 am. Not 8:30 am. The front desk staff has no
communication skills. So unprofessional.
