I had a visit with Physician Assistant Connor Cole regarding my frozen shoulder, and I was extremely impressed with the care I received. He had clearly done his homework—he came in already familiar with my medical history, reviewed my X-rays in detail, and explained his findings in a clear and thorough way that made me feel confident and well-informed.

His physical exam was gentle yet comprehensive, and he took the time to really understand the extent of my pain and limited mobility. He administered a pain-freecortisone shot with great care and discussed a thoughtful plan moving forward, including physical therapy.

Connor was timely, kind, and respectful throughout the entire visit. Don’t let his youthful appearance fool you—he is a true professional. I left the appointment feeling heard, cared for, and optimistic about my treatment. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

I had an appointment for my son who jammed his thumb playing high school basketball last night. Got an appointment today. No wait time. We got in, gave information, got an x-ray and pretty quickly had my son examined by Charles Testerman, the PA. He was excellent! Very thorough and straight to the point. We got instructions and splinted, then we were on our way. We left feeling confident with the condition and proper continuing care. …..5 stars from us today.

Mine was a simple problem, I was hugely painful, and had been going on for a couple of weeks getting worse, but he diagnosed and explained it to me and gave medicines and prescribed Physical therapy that he was confident would work, said 85% of the people respond positively Without having to go to the next step.
I of course, was very happy with his explanation and showing me in the x-rays that there was nothing bone-wise wrong, because the pain was so great. According to my regular doctor is diagnosis is probably right. My symptoms are very common and lead to what he said it is.
One thing I liked is that he invited me to call him if there were any questions rather than having to have set a new appointment because for me, the office is quite a hike to get to

I took my father who is 92 for evaluation for his hip pain. Charlie was attentive, answered our questions and did a thorough examine. All of the staff was friendly and took time to make sure we the understood what would be the next step in his care.
