Disappointing and discriminatory experience with Montage Medical Group. During my appointment with the PA (Chau Nguyen), I presented thorough documentation, including an MRI and medical records, detailing my symptoms and limitations. However, the PA:

- Downplayed my condition despite clear medical evidence
- Disregarded my concerns and ignored my medical records
- Suggested I take a bus, implying my condition wasn't serious given I had back surgery.
- Failed to acknowledge the need for surgery, contradicting previous assurances

This is not an isolated incident; I've experienced denial of treatment and underestimation of my condition by this PA before. I've attached supporting medical notes from MS&J. I believe I was discriminated against due to my medical disability and withheld necessary treatment, violating California law.

Specifically, I allege discrimination based on disability (CA Health & Safety Code § 125725, CA Government Code § 11135, and federal ADA) and unprofessional conduct (CA Business & Professions Code § 2234).

Seeking medical care should never involve discrimination. I hope Montage Medical Group takes steps to address these issues and ensure patients receive respectful, comprehensive care.

Escalated issue to management. At this time, it’s been a month without some form of accountability, restoration , and conflict resolution.

I'll be honest, I was a bit hesitant after reading those online reviews. But let me tell you, my visit to Montage Healthcare was a total game-changer!

Yeah, I had to wait a few months to see the doc, but it was totally worth it. They have this cool system where you can snag an appointment the following week through the app or by phone, which I thought was pretty sweet.

Dr. Stephen Owens was a total rockstar. He knows his stuff, answered all my questions without making me feel like a dummy, and was just a really chill guy. If you're looking for a doctor who's actually human, he's your guy.

The clinic itself was clean and tidy. I waited about 15 minutes after checking in, which isn't too bad considering.

So, don't let those online reviews scare you off. My experience at Montage Healthcare was awesome, and I think you'll feel the same way.

Getting an appointment with the doctors here, both primary care and specialists, is almost impossible. I've had to wait over 6 months for an appointment to see a specialist for a chronic illness. I've also had issues with staff when trying to talk to someone about billing and scheduling. Doctors themselves are fine I guess but its not worth dealing with everything else.

Montage Group at Ryan Ranch is another mismanaged medical clinic operated by Montage Healthcare. This location has terrible customer service and the staff at the check-in desk are not very friendly and definitely not helpful. Scheduled appointments often tend to run behind the scheduled appointment time often up to an hour or more late. No apologies are given and I noticed that the doctor will try to rush the appointment to get rid of you quickly. Scheduling visits with my provider's was very difficult and oftentimes appointments were scheduled weeks away. The office manager here at this location is very rude bordering on hostile. I also believe that she may have some racial prejudice because of how she reacts and speaks. Montage Ryan Ranch is definitely another horribly run medical office operated by Montage Healthcare Services that needs better management as well as retraining the staff at the front desk. This is another Montage group that I personally recommend avoiding if you want to avoid horrible medical care.

Warning Terrible Service! They use medications against you like they know your past before even reading your records behind the reason you take the medications! The manager that oversees this location is not willing to help the patients! They will leave you hanging with no medication, no call backs and are full of excuses! I used to look up to this health providing company but it has recently become a nightmare! They give you time frames they dont stick to! They use diagnoses against you but the ones you really need help with they ignore! I have given them the up most respect to get mistreated! I was told over the phone while speaking with staff that with such a tough and very lucrative market they will go all out to get and keep patients because they loose so many... that was a slip up... it switched subjects quick! I realized I am no more than a co pay and not a human being/patient! The doctors are very very biased! Be warned! This was my personal experience!

UPDATE: NOTHING HAS CHANGED IT IS EVEN WORST THAN BEFORE.
