Staff was extremely friendly and so was Dr Monroe. I had four of my teeth removed with iv anesthesia. If you're nervous, like I was, I highly recommend the iv anesthesia, as the last thing I remember was Dr. Monroe putting in the iv and being told I might start to feel dizzy, which I did, next thing I know I'm waking up and the procedure is all done. Seriously, if you're able to get the iv anesthesia (I think you can only get it if you're having more than one tooth removed, but ask for it anyway, if you're nervous. They are really friendly, and you'll never know unless you ask.) DO IT! it was the best dentist experience I've had so far. I will definitely go back to Dr. Monroe for any future teeth removal I may need. Thank you so much to Dr. Monroe and your amazing staff for such a great dentist experience!!!

I had an extraction today and it was painless. The staff was helpful and calm and so was Dr. Monroe. I had a previous appt 9 years and it was also uneventful.
Oral surgery is frightening but it was totally ok with this surgeon. The numbing prep took awhile but the extraction process was less than a minute.

2017
I had another extraction last week and the numbing took time because it
was a front tooth this time. The extraction took 30 seconds.
It helps that I totally trust him.

Best dentist experience I've ever had. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Dr. Monroe is always nice and very good at what he does. I had a wisdom tooth removed and pieces of another wisdom tooth, that was left from an extraction from another dintist, removed. Dr. Monroe was quick and painless. 5 stars.

I absolutely hate pain, that being said..i would recommend Dr.Monroe to anybody seeking skilled and professional dental work. He has now seen me twice as a patient and both times I received A+ service from all staff in the office. He's got a great sense of humor and is more than qualified for the most tender of dental issues. Thanks doc.....

I was referred here by Dr. Conrath for a consultation. There were many red flags during this consult that told me this isn't the place to go. The nurse that I first met with coughed multiple times and said, "I apologise, I'm just getting over bronchitis". I appreciated her manners, but she didn't seem fit to be handeling patients. When the surgeon arrived he failed to wash his hands and did not wear gloves of any kind. He proceeded to do an inspection with a mirror with questionable origin. I have no idea if it was sanitized or not. His bedside manner was very poor. I am going somewhere else for my extraction. I advise you do the same.

Edit: I nearly forgot the most important detail. This guy's hands were shaking like crazy when he was examining me. I could easily see him slipping and cutting a nerve. Best case scenario, you lose some feeling in your mouth. Again, avoid this guy.

Absolutely the best dentist experience! He’s done three surgeries for me over the years and I never even needed any ibuprofen. No pain. Very friendly staff. Very reasonable fees.

I went here a few years ago and left a review and can no longer find it? As you can see I’m still mad. 10/10 do not recommend this place. very unprofessional and by far not the cleanest. It goes passed just being unprofessional, this man had an attitude and was shaking so much he couldn’t even get my iv in, To the point I told him to stop and he got so offended and started arguing w me and we ended up canceling my surgery. Lucky I got ahold of dr.cutright in landcaster and he did a perfect job!

I just have one of my wisdom teeth pulled out there. The doctor and his assistant are very friendly and professional. The cost is reasonable.
