What a gift from GOD to find Monarch Wellness! The staff & therapists are so wonderful & inviting! I have been working w/a therapist named Cicily Santora for a long time now & have learned more from her than all my years in therapy. Her talents are she listens well & will offer advice if asked. In closing, when she does offer advice, I find it profound. My favorite story of her advice was how I could not understand why my family does not understand me. She replied so gently "people can have compassion for you, but unless they have been through what you have been through, they will never completely understand". This advice & much more have changed my life. Thank you, Cicily!

I am so surprised by the negative reviews regarding Monarch Wellness and in particular towards Cicily Santora. My experience with Monarch Wellness and Cicily has been nothing but great. I have been going to see Cicily for a little over a year and it has helped me so much, she made me feel comfortable from day one, and has always been available when I need her help.

I think therapies, doctors or whatever service should be evaluate by the product and or results. My daughter feels so contained and cared and figures out thing so much better to choose the best approach possible. Nothing is perfect. BEHAVIORAL therapy is completely two to tango. By the wonderful connection my daughter is having with her therapist and Monarch as a place it self I see her always looking forward to her session and completely believing in HER time, her space and herself. Yes, my pocket hurts, but my daughter is worth it.

I'm absolutely grateful for the wonderful people that I have had help me with my Ptsd and the ability of integrating eastern medicine with western medicine which is very important for me as a survivor of trauma and I have been to several therapists since the traumatic experience and the only therapist that I had any help and hope I had left and finally I was blessed with an amazing experience in which the therapist Kim (whose one of her specialties is trauma therapy) , was the singularly one who, through her help and the many different ways to work with traumatic experiences and I am thankful for all of the staff who went above and beyond their general job description. Incredible place with a beautiful atmosphere. Everyone that works here is very kind, I am so blessed to have met Phoebe, who is a wonderful, patient and compassionate woman! Highly recommend this place.

I am very concerned about the lack of professionalism that I witnessed during a session with Ms. Santora. She broke the patient-therapist confidentiality. In doing so, she emotionally distressed her patient, which did the opposite of what was needed from her. I don't wish anyone else to go through the poor experience that I witnessed.
