I have been taking my son to see Dr. Alicia Rodriguez for about a year now. Excellent place for children and adults. From the color of the office inside to the decoration in each room. The energy is very positive would not choose a better place to give therapy to my son. The staff is very professional and polite.

It's a warm welcoming atmosphere. Cool stuff for for my kids to play with in the waiting area. The staff is very friendly & organized. The Doctor made us feel comfortable. My child is looking forward to returning! Highly Recommend!!!

I would give 5000 stars if I could! The office have a pleasant atmosphere after you walk in. Children are rewarded with toys and prizes after their session. Doctors and therapists are amazing and very helpful. Highly recommended!

I called and was a complete mess (which I’m forever going to be embarrassed about lol) but the receptionist was so sweet and talked me through everything. She was able to get me in the next day, which was beyond necessary. But most importantly, she listened to me. She let me have my wild rant and go off on irrelevant tangents but never lost her cool or got impatient with me. So already I am eager to meet my doctor because if she is anywhere near as kind to me as the receptionist was , I know I’m in good hands.

I would honestly give more stars if that was an option. This place treats you like a person, unlike other places who treat you like a number. The whe staff was super friendly and very professional. Thank you for making me and my family feel safe and cared for. We need more caring people like this. Thanks again.

The office rarely answers the phone. Been waiting almost a year now for a follow up appointment.

Horrible do not take your child here. The therapist my child saw only told him what he wanted to hear. Told him it was ok if he didn’t go to school in person if he didn’t want to, instead of encouraging him to cope better. Would go against me and tell me I didn’t understand his disease. She never told me how he was doing until he got really bad. As a parent of a minor I should be notified if he is not doing well. If he stopped taking his meds and so forth although he was telling her. I understand Hippa but when a child is involved things change. Go to the appointments with your kids and do not let these “therapist get into their minds and tell them what they want to hear.
