My husband and I were hit from behind. I was hurt badly and my husband had to use a cane to walk. Lance worked with our rehabilitation. He was very encouraging, however in the middle of our treatment he was moved to another office. This was disappointing. They had another girl there named Tatiana who kept us on our toes. She was high energy which was what I needed at the end of the day. She is now gone. Dr. Koon has the best personality. She does everything she can to reduce my pain. When I leave her office I find that I am more mobile. The 4 stars has been selected because this office should not have to share staff. Clients get attached to their therapists.

I am so thankful I read the reviews for this office and decided to drive 1 hour from my house to see if they were right. And oh my goodness, they even exceeded the expectations I had. I had never been to a chiropractor before and was nervous, but from the moment I stepped foot in the office I was greeted by the beautiful princess Tatiana who made me feel like family. Then a guy walks by me and greeted me by my first name like we were friends our whole life, he would be known as lance, physical therapist extraordinare, and by the time I got to the amazing doctor I already felt comfortable and wasn't nervous. The doctor by the way is this adorable little petite woman who also makes you feel like family and is solely focused on getting you better and making you feel comfortable through the process. Every staff member in this amazing office is such an important piece of the puzzle and you can tell they respect and care about each other and their patients. I've never in my 49 years of life have felt more comfortable or met a better doctors office staff than momentum west has to offer. Thank you all from my heart for making my visits ones to always look forward too.

I look forward to my visits every week. The driver Eddie makes the trips to and from super enjoyable. Definitely a professional. Then from Lance's workout to the final check in with Doc, I feel welcomed and treated with respect. One of the best practices I've been to, especially in the central Florida area.

Everyone is extremely nice, sweet and caring! They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Hailey the front desk girl is the NICEST and SWEETEST, Dr. Khun is extremely sweet, Angel is really cool and he really knows what he's talking about, i really like his type of therapy, and Dr. Ben is super understanding and does a really good job and super friendly! I need transportation and Mr. Eddie always makes sure you feel comfortable he is really friendly and funny! 100% recommended.
